Deceptive Sales Practice Worst customer service ever!! I recently purchased a used 2016 Lexus IS 300 and without my knowledge they added a Tire and Rim protection without my k Worst customer service ever!! I recently purchased a used 2016 Lexus IS 300 and without my knowledge they added a Tire and Rim protection without my knowledge. I called back to ask Chris in finance why this was done and he said Andy the salesman should have discussed this with me, which he did not. Chris in finance also went ahead and said this is the second time this has happened. I called Andy the salesman and he did not know why they added the Tire and Rim package. I asked Chris from finance for proof of signature that I agreed to this. He finally sent me a copy of the agreement but there was no signature. I called again and explained there was no signature therefore I did not agree to this and wanted a full refund. To this day I have received a phone call back. More
