No idea how they got 4.5 stars For real to all the good reviews! I would say either you all had good luck or got paid to write these good reviews. This is the worst dealership you can ever find, from the receptionist to managers. The receptionist gave us a very "warm" greeting which she was really into the conversation with her co-worker about her oil diffuser, that was very helpful with my interest in looking for a car. The salesmen (I gave his credit that he tried, so not to mention his name) gave me a good deal but when we went back to sign the papers, the Big boss showed up and called off the deal. Not only that, that Big boy gave me a really ridiculous deal with my 2016 mint condition AXXX car. But I have to thank him for the lousy deal. If not I would have never gotten the great deal I got with another Lexus dealership. Btw, is it possible I can give negative stars(-10 maybe) Thank you for your copy and paste respond. It's very helpful. NICE! More
