I've been to tri county to service two Lexus over the past 10 years and have been very satisfied with their service. I've never had any complaints about the work done on my 2009 Lexus RS. Tri County generally has necessary repair parts in stock, or gets them quickly. Quotes are accurate and few surprise add-ins after the fact. Pricing is fair, though not anything special. They do offer express oil changes for a very reasonable price. Lobby is comfortable, and small snack provided, leaves you at ease as you wait for a salesman or your car. I worked with Hassan the last time I came in and I am excited to soon be purchasing a new 2018 lexus with him. More

Three dealers responded with comparable prices but none had the exact car in inventory. Of the three Hassan was the only one who offered to locate one at another dealer somewhere in the tri-state area. At first he located several in inventory or in transit but they were all sold/pre-sold. Several days later he called me again and told me he located one at another dealer and could get it if I wanted it. I said yes and the entire process was transacted over the phone and at a great price. A day later the car was at Tri County Lexus and I picked it up the following day. Painless! More
