Worst dealership ever!! They posted a price of a car online and by the time we left they increased the amount by $3,500. They took the manual out of the car and then wanted to charge us $400 to get it. Still don’t have one! It took 2 months to get the registration. I haven’t even listed all the problems we experienced. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had when buying a car. I’ve owned Lexus since 1992 and never been treated so poorly. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with this dealership and it’s staff. He was a Godsend. Patient with me and my annoying analytical personality. He was so accommodating and gave the type of first class service you expect from a luxury brand. If you are considering Lexus go to him, the guy works his tail off! The dealership smells like a million bucks. LOL. The manager Ted took excellent care of me and gave me an amazing deal. With my A type personality I went to a dozen dealerships in my search. Save yourself time and just GO HERE! More

Second bad experience I tried to buy a certified used RX 350 two years ago with my wife but we couldn't agreed upon the price. Few days later after I bought the vehicle fr I tried to buy a certified used RX 350 two years ago with my wife but we couldn't agreed upon the price. Few days later after I bought the vehicle from an another dealer, the Tri County Lexus dropped the vehicle that I was negotiating by $2000. I was never contacted by the salesperson that they were dropping the price. Fast forward to this week, I was helping a friend buy a certified used RX 350 but again we couldn't agreed up on a price: we offered $30k they countered $33k. Few hours later, my friend saw in the Tri County Lexus' website that they dropped the price of the vehicle that he was negotiating by $3000. So next day, we went back to the salesperson to purchase the vehicle that was now less by $3000 but to our amazement, they were asking the same price that was before the reduced price. So my friend offered $2000 more from our initial offer but the dealer would not come down from initial offer of $33k. We had to walk away shaking our heads because they dropped the price by $3k in their website yet they will not come down from their initial offer. Our salesperson Calvin was great but the sales manager was not cooperative. More
