But the dealership does not have the same vehicles in stock as they advertise online. This is a bait and switch. Lure you in with good looking cars and numbers and then tell you they don't have any. We drove 40 minutes to get to the dealership because they appeared to have what we wanted/needed and it's a farce. What's more, I guess we look young or poor because we weren't taken seriously. Our sales person was nowhere to be found when it came time to look at numbers and make a possible deal. After waiting 30 minutes we left. Never got a call back; just automated emails. Clearly didn't want OUR business. Nothing against the brand; just shop at a different dealership for your Lexus. More

I ended up leasing a RX350, which I love, the dealership surpassed all of my expectations. Goes to show you you can't believe everything you read on the internet. Definitely recommend More

I noticed Apparently there is a recall on my car but This Lexus dealership on Rt 46 West also known as TriCounty Lexus in Little Falls doesn’t agree. I noticed last week when washing my car there was a melted spot on my driver side mirror. A few days earlier I used the rear defrost which is connected to the side mirror defrost. I took it to the dealer so they can see what caused it. The service rep manager DAYAN COHAN refused to cover it under the warranty he claims it was done by outside influences. I said “It’s possible but did you take it apart to determine that?” He said no, that he has been there for 5 years and his mechanics are very skilled and that was their final evaluation after just moving the mirror to the side. Had they covered even a certain percentage of it would’ve made me happy unfortunately this didn’t happen. I have purchased my last two vehicles at TriCounty and this will definitely be my last purchase there due to very POOR customer service. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS DEALERSHIP EVER AGAIN. More

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had when buying a car. I’ve owned Lexus since 1992 and never been treated so poorly. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with this dealership and it’s staff.
