Very disappointed my experience with the service department I am writing this review to express my disappointment with Tri County Lexus service department in Little Falls. I’ve lease over 6 Lexus vehicles thro I am writing this review to express my disappointment with Tri County Lexus service department in Little Falls. I’ve lease over 6 Lexus vehicles through Tri County Lexus in Little Falls and I’ve never has an issue with the sales team. They always gave me a great deal. However, I had a horrible experience with Tom Russo from the service department. I went there on Friday November 2nd right after to work, stuck in 45 min worth of traffic to see if a rock that hit my windshield could be covered under warranty. I pull into the service department one worker wrote up some documentation and sent me to Tom Russo’s office to discuss the issue with my truck. Tom from his chair said we can’t help you. You have to go through your insurance company or we can fix it and your insurance company can reimburse you. I was still standing up, He didn’t even ask me to sit down. I said to him, I drove over 40 minutes can you please at least go look at the windshield and see if anything can be done because it was a small crack less than 6 inches. He said I see it from here it’s not covered under warranty go through your insurance company. He never got up from his chair to inspector my car. I left, and I tried to get in contact with the general manager to no avail. I then called again and spoke to Sal and he promised me a general manager would call me, again no phone call, nothing. However, the next day I got a call from the service department asking why I missed my appointment the day before and if I wanted to reschedule. Tom Russo didn’t even document that I was there the day before. I’m super disappointment with how I was treated and never getting a phone call from the general manager. After being such a loyal customer to the Tri County dealership for over 10 years. Which brought me to writing this review today. Thank you, Israel Mercado More

He was professional, friendly and never pressured me to come in to the show room, make an appointment, or commit to any limitations. Lured in under false pretenses. Drove in from the city to make a deal on a GS350 F-SPORT. We were not able to come to an agreement.
