Update, tried calling Robert to give detailed feedback as requested, was told by person who picked up that he was in a meeting, then was asked to hold, then came back and said (within 40 seconds) he was with a customer. Advised who I was to return a call, but haven't received one in hours. Robert, no need to return my call at this time, we made a purchase elsewhere, I just wanted to inform others to be aware that they might be charged fees on top of the normal expected fees and that those fees aren't discussed up front, they are discussed only when you are about to make a deal.
