Through the process they added fees shown below that was not mentioned on the website and that I've never seen with any other dealeeship. The vehicle before taxes and dealer processing fees "$695.00" was about $38,500. Fees as the pre-owned manager at 8:30 PM 1/24/18 stated gets applied to all vehicles regardless of sale price posted. Pre Delivery Safety Inspection: $2,999.00 Etching: The serial number on the windshield so if the car gets stolen $198.00 This is truly a highway robbery. Each and every time my husband or myself needs a new car, they are the only place we will go. I have worked with many salesmen there I’ve the years and I feel at home when I go there. Everyone, including management, says hello, smiles, and offers me coffee/tea and some of their delicious popcorn. My lease was coming to an end on my 2016 GX, so I stopped in to see what I wanted to get into next. I was looking to downsize because my kids are grown now and I don’t need nearly as much space in my car as I used to. I was greeted by Danielle, a saleswoman at Tri County and explained my situation to her. She was extremely informative and helpful. Danielle gave me all the information I needed to make an educated purchase. I brought my husband back the following week to show him the cars Danielle helped me narrow down, and I picked out my new 2019 NX300. With the help of her and her manager Hussain, we worked out a fair price and they assisted in returning my old lease. Another salesman, Hassan, went over all of the technology and features of my new vehicle from navigation to remote start. My experience at Tri County Lexus was EXCELLENT, as I anticipated it would be. I look forward to working with Danielle again in the future.
