Tri County Lexus

I will never return to this dealership again. My first experience with Tri County was for the purchase of my current vehicle. In which I will grade a C/C-. I recently returned to Tri County for my first 5,000 mile service appointment. When I scheduled this appointment I was told there was a recall on my model and this would need to be repaired as well. I was told it would take a total of about 2 hours. Once there I was told they needed to keep my vehicle for the day and offered a loaner vehicle, which I accepted. In total they kept my car for two days. When I returned to pick up my vehicle they inspected the loaner and charged me for cosmetic rim damage. So a service appointment that was suppose to be covered and free ended up being an out of pocket cost. Why isn’t insurance offered on the loaner vehicles if customers are responsible for any damage...even minimal damage? I will never return to Tri County and I will never use a loaner from any dealership. Lesson learned. More

Horrible!!!! Stay away! !! We went in to look at the is300 f sport at 12pm on sat. Dec 29th. At 8pm we were ready to sign the lease and we couldn’t take the car due to a wind !! We went in to look at the is300 f sport at 12pm on sat. Dec 29th. At 8pm we were ready to sign the lease and we couldn’t take the car due to a windshield crack. For our time and patience we were going to get all weather mats for that car. On mon. Dec 31st we get a call that car will be ready to pick up at 3pm. We get there at 3:30pm. Again we were promised all weather mats by our salesperson, Danielle. Well we didn’t get called into the finance office until 6:45pm! Then our finance guy gave us attitude that he had New Years eves plans and rushed us. We were then told that parts was closed and to come in Jan 1st to pick up mats. Well what do you know, they didn’t give us the mats. The general manager, rob was not helpful and didn’t care that he would not get my business again. After spending hours at the dealership and not given what was promised but instead getting attitude from them was terrible. Worst experience at a dealership. Take your business elsewhere please. Oh and good luck speaking to the receptionist, she is on her phone texting while talking to you. More

Low online price to get you in the door, then the fees start I was interested in purchasing a used vehicle, the price seemed competitive and I made the trip to view the vehicle and check it out. At the visit, the salesperson was awesome, very friendly and helpful, I advised I would get my own financing and wanted to put together my out the door number and asked for the fees. They explained the doc fee, etch fee, and dmv fees. With the exception of the etch fee (vehicle was already etched on their lot, and others weren't) and it was most likely already done at the original sale but, that's a separate piece. Regardless, those fees, I would expect. When it came down to the part of comitting at the number, they advised there is a $1,999 fee on top of the online price for "service". The manager said that some vehicles require thousands and this is the fee. After a few minutes of explaining and talking back and forth, that number came much lower, however because of this we ended up being less than $500 apart. In all honesty, at another dealer, I would have made this work, however because I felt that the principle behind the extra charges was something I have NEVER seen at other dealers, I just had a bad taste in my mouth and decided to shop elsewhere unless they removed the fees. The vehicle was in great condition, the salesperson was helpful, but in the end, just be mindful of the fees because they could have been much more up front and honest about it. More
