Visited and test drove a 2015 Lexus RX 350 on 2/9/19. Gave the coupon to the salesman for redemption. Nothing happens... contacted the salesman, GM and FB DM. No response, no nothing in four weeks. How can a person trust a dealer with a $50K investment when the the dealer can't even keep $25 promise. My deals are not happening at this establishment. More

I have text, he promised it would be mailed. I have called and even talked to the Sales Manager and he said he would call me back and never did. Furthermore, not even 6 months later I had to get new tires (unfortunately did not noticed when buying it). So watch out, to your face they'll say anything to sell you the car. More
