Mr. Robert Van Duyne, I have left a message with your co-worker today that i am calling you as you requested but never heard back from you as he said that you were at a meeting. So do i assume that this is the culture of your company? Bad customer service. I can in today at the dealership to get my plates only to find out that it was ready on June 21 and that the pink form for the DMV had already expired as you have to register the car in about 14 days.

today Jul 23, nobody from Tri county lexus has called to address my concerns...this is not a place to buy not because of the cars...but shady customer service and sales staff..their internet price is not the price that you will end up buying....plus are they really doing the 161 point inspection....really really disappointed that i ended up buying from them, should have gone to another dealership...save the headache people...for around $30k you will be spending its important that the people you buy with really cares and respond to your concerns.
