My husband called the next day and asked if that deal was still good , the gentleman said yes . We get there and this man named Orlando comes and says I can’t let the car go for that price . Now I’m pissed because I drove 2 hours to come back. I asked for the name of the owner and no one knew who they worked for . So I spoke to steve he did nothing . Said I can let ur go for 15k . I declined . I’m looking to report this dealership cause I feel discriminated on . Absolutely disgusted, frustrated and saddened by service. Discovered A/C condensate leaking into the passenger floor. It's a brand new Lexus RX 350 Sport that my wife was so excited to have. Figured she'd sim Discovered A/C condensate leaking into the passenger floor. It's a brand new Lexus RX 350 Sport that my wife was so excited to have. Figured she'd simply bring it in for service to resolve a disconnected or clogged drain tube. My wife called me distraught... "bugs" were clogging the filter, tube or reservoir... AND it's going to cost $8,700. to repair! This is an environmental issue and not covered by warranty... You need to file an insurance claim! Our Insurance claims that's ridiculous (understandably) and that Lexus should be responsible. 1 1/2 weeks later after many frustrating conversations with dealer, my wife picked-up the car with absolutely nothing resolved... Except for the car sitting that long in the parking lot with windows closed and wet carpet most likely developing mold. This has been our 4th Lexus and have been loyal customers of this Dealership. Lexus should have simply been honorable and corrected this obvious design flaw. I've found many of the same issues on Lexus Forums that I've now been wasting my time on! To their credit... They did provide a loaner car which is why I gave them 1 star! Oh, and just had the car in for it's first complimentary service... a 27 point inspection. I guess that wasn't one of the inspection points? More

They advertised a car on auto trader for 29500 but low and behold after a 90 minute drive did we discover that the true price was 4200 more than what they showed on AutoTrader. I will be contacting auto trader to complain also. To throw salt on the wound they offered 2K for a 2009 73K mileage BMW 328 x drive in excellent condition. If I could give them zero stars I would. I did learn a new phrase today, here we negotiate up not down, I swear to God that is what they said to me. I almost pissed my pants when the manager said that to me. Then the old bait and switch. We do have a lower priced model with a different color scheme other than what we wanted, 10K more miles and also a accident on the CarFax. How do these guys still operate like this. Buyer beware. More

I'll never stop here again!.. I will never step foot in this place again!.. Tired to buy a car here a few weeks ago... I reached out to them about a car they listed online and agreed on a price...A few emails back and forth and we were good to go...Or so I thought...But when I came in to do the paperwork, everything fell apart... I thought the sleazy used car salesman stereotype was a relic of the 1980's...But it's alive and well in this place... I had an appointment to meet with the fellow I dealt with online, but they disallowed me to speak with him...Instead, I dealt with about 8 different sales guys, each more dishonest than the other... They didn't honor the pre-agreed upon online price and had surcharges for just about everything... Certified?..That's $2500 extra... Online Fee?..That's $500 extra... Window Etchings?..That's $300 extra... They even tried to charge me $800 because I WASN'T in the military!.. I had the cashiers check ready to go and needed to buy the car...But, I eventually walked out without a vehicle, and with over $7500 in "surcharges", I was very unhappy... However that feeling multiplied the next day, when I got a call from LifeLock, my credit monitoring service...These xxxxxxxx took out a line of credit in my name!..I wasn't even financing the car!..They got the issuing bank on the phone with me and spoke about what happened...They instantly reversed it, and mentioned that this isn't the first story like this!.. I will never return!.. And will advise that nobody else does either!.. More

Was hoping that this dealership was top notch meaning good used car and good support staff to customers. It was late at night and Beyjan walked us thru a car that we ended up getting since the original one that we were eyeing was sold already. First, the internet price is bogus as there was hidden fees to it. We should have walked away but the car was perfect for us. Second, test drive the car for more than 5 minutes as when we were driving it home, we could hear a "knock" underneath. Was telling myself that probably it was nothing as they have claimed there 160+ point inspection..well turned out that there is a strut defect in front when we brought it back after a week..so much for that...lastly, since i told you all it was a night when we got it, we never had a chance to thoroughly inspect the body of the car, but, i the right front bumper there is a crack that you will not notice right away...now since i'm bringing it anyway for repair and that they told me that i have bumper to bumper coverage, that it will be taken cared of...BUT...no! I was able to speak to George about my concerns and it was insulting that he said that it may have happened after we took out the car from the dealership...i was so upset on this as I took pictures as i plan to bring it to the attention of the NJ consumer affairs and BBB that it is not a new crack...really so much with the 160+ point inspection...BUT AND BUT AGAIN...the worse part is that CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY SUCKS...after they have taken your money and you bring your concerns, nobody called back...the general manager Rene Cruz and Ted Renka sends out those automated emails to welcome you to the company..wrote them back about my concerns...and do you think i heard from either one or the staff???!!! NOPE....i don't intend to stop anyone for getting a car but please pay close attention to the car that you are buying..make sure that everything is alright and the price you see is the price you pay.....ohhh and after their finance guy, Jamal (good enough guy), explained to me that they couldn't do anything and that they took care of the knock..told him excuse me sir but i was the one who brought it in for repair and no one took care of me except their service guy...to claim that they took care of me is rather insulting.
