I corresponded with Lilian, the online manager, about the availability and price. Drove two and a half hours to not be waited on by Lilian, but another kind gentleman. Test drove the car. Started the buying procedure only to slam on the breaks once the ACTUAL price of the car was revealed. With all the upselling and hidden fees, the car came roughly to $19,800 and $22,000 with tax! Everyone acted shocked when I questioned the $4000 price hike. A negotiation was then opened. I was close to a deal, roughly $18,450. After the manager, Lee, came to the desk and upped the price back to $19,000 I found out the tune of this gypsy band. I had to come back for my credit card, another tactic, only to be shouted at in the parking lot by Lee trying to convince me the the price is correct. This would have been my 9th car purchase in 18 years. BY FAR, THIS IS THE MOST DISHONEST AND DISRESPECTFUL DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. More
