They do not honor Lexus Financial Programs Not a participating dealer. Find one that does. Im sorry for Danielle she was great but your finance manager though he was silk and was going to pick up a point and get 2000gs rebate when he forgot the fact that you can't combine them, thinking about his own pocket not yours. 2 services that cust the dealer 100 bucks would not make up for unprofessional and misleading promises that were confirmed in 2 different phone calls prior to me coming in. I took 2014 Lexus GS350 for brake noise , The service advisor called me and Wants me to spend over $1100 on my front brakes only Mind you my beds and rotors is it brand new not even a month old on the parts was purchased from the parts department all genuine Lexus .. So the advisor asked me to change the beds and the rotors and when I ask her why do I have to change him what’s causing the noise she doesn’t even know all she wants me to do is just spend $1100 to make her bonus .. I ask for her service manager to call me Service manager was like we cannot resurface your front brake rotors because they are aluminum rotors I never heard of this , he kept pushing me to change everything , He completely refused to write that down on my receipt because it was completely a lie he backs up his employees even if they are wrong . I wish I read these reviews before I went to the dealership. Quote on line was great, when I arrived I was told I didn’t qualify for that price. Wasn’t active military. My fault I was so busy signing documents I didn’t do the math. They added my down payment to the cost of the vehicle rather then deduct it from the price. More

Dishonest Internet Price Went to buy a Used SUV.The price on the net is just to bring the cutsomers in and when asked for the final numbers the price of the car went up by 350 Went to buy a Used SUV.The price on the net is just to bring the cutsomers in and when asked for the final numbers the price of the car went up by 3500/- and on top of it they had ridiculous fees around another 3000/-.The Sales Rep was just ok but the sales manager was worst. Very pushy asking for the money down without agreeing to a final price. Its the worst dealership I have been to. Don't waste your time as the prices shown are not real prices. More
