Beware of these guys! Horrible experience on the week-end trying to lease a new RX. They asked me for my credit card to take a counter offer from me to their manager!! Not only the sales person did this b trying to lease a new RX. They asked me for my credit card to take a counter offer from me to their manager!! Not only the sales person did this but even her boss showed up and explained how he would need my credit card to present my offer to their management!! I have never seen such tactics played by any dealership.....let alone a 'Lexus' dealership!! Stay away from these guys! I will also report these practices by this dealership to Lexus Corporate. I've had very nice experience with Lexus vehicles in the past but this experience was something else!! More

I would have rated this lower but 1 star is the lowest. I purchased a car in January and received the incorrect title. I sent the title back and called numerous times. Its a shame they have the Lexus name attached because the people here are doing a disservice for Lexus and their customers. More
Beware as this dealership’s pre-owned section runs a bait and switch scheme! While their internet department confirmed over the phone that they only charge a documentation fee of $690 to the internet price o and switch scheme! While their internet department confirmed over the phone that they only charge a documentation fee of $690 to the internet price of the advertised vehicle, it was a completely different scenario when I went to the dealership to buy the car. The pre-owned sales manager came and presented the numbers; it was more than $4000 over the advertised internet price. To that, they would add documentation fee, pre-delivery inspection fees, tax and DMV. Apparently the advertised price is applicable when a they factor in the discounts for active military, dealership loyalty and recent college graduates. None of it is mentioned on their website. What’s the point of misleading the buyer? Furthermore, the manager’s demeaning attitude where he challenged me to find a similar car anywhere else made me walk away immediately. Straight away I took my business to the Lexus of Route 10 where the wonderful sales team was able to get my car ready for delivery in 3 hours. I can’t fathom why a luxury car dealership would employ such a rude person as the pre-owned sales manager! Be honest and list down the actual selling price on the website, instead of such misleading, absurd, fake “internet special” prices. More

Immediately contacted sales and was taken to service. As it’s been a week wanted to see what they can do, and service coordinator said we will replace under Lexus warranty and took some pics. After few months no response, I called and left voice messages with operators and no response. I went in for service talked to service coordinator I was working with but has no update. Okay, after a follow up he asked me to bring it in as warranty claim is approved and took photos and parts are ordered, great. No updates for a month… hmm this is where it gets interesting, operators are taking msgs for service coordinator but I am getting no responses, finally escalated it with an operator and got in contact with service manager who asked me to come in again. It’s been 4 months now, went it and they couldn’t find any record of this and leaned service coordinator quit. I was told that service manager was handling this but he claims no idea. Finally they brought in used car sales manager and they started negotiating to pay partial costs. Okay they quoted $300 claiming I am only paying partial amount. Wow I realized how incompetent they are 1. I have been asked to come multiple times but no one has no record 2. Operators handling calls do not know service coordinator no longer works 3. They suddenly have part available which I was told will take at least a month and stared asking me to cover costs of $300 after many trips 4. Part only costs $200 on Lexus dealer parts website, so how much are they paying?? I will drive some where else for service and after seeing such incompetent service manager and used car sales manager More
