This morning, I presented to my local Lexus dealership after being advised by Lexus Corporate lease department of how to buyout my vehicle. John Dellapenna the General Manager came in to the Finance o after being advised by Lexus Corporate lease department of how to buyout my vehicle. John Dellapenna the General Manager came in to the Finance office and REFUSED to provide support or service. Stating "there is no money in this transaction for either me or my team" therefore "I could see myself out" of the Lexus dealership. Absolutely abhorrent treatment by this Lexus leadership team. Abysmal Customer Service and I will ensure to never step foot again into this Lexus dealership. Do better, Tri County Lexus. More
