Hi my name is William and i was looking to get a nx250 so i tried about 4 different lexus dealer and they didn't help me with my budget. I live in queens and traveled to tricountylexus which is about 45 minu i tried about 4 different lexus dealer and they didn't help me with my budget. I live in queens and traveled to tricountylexus which is about 45 minutes from where i lived and went inside thinking that all dealers was the same boy was i wrong a salesperson by the name of Luis Diaz came to help me he was the best sales person i have ever met. I told him what i wanted he told me don't worry you wont leave here with out a car he went and talk to his managers Herb Hernandez and Manny Alvarado and luis came back and told me the car was mine not only did they gave me a good deal they took my old car and gave me a good price for it. again this was the easiest transaction in a dealer. Horrible customer service. Worst experience ever. I won't mention the sales representative by name because hopefully he can learn from this experience. He said that the Vehicle was on its way to the dealer within the next week and he offered to schedule for me to come for a test drive of a similar vehicle the next day because I live out of state. He said he would text me as soon as we got off the phone. I never received a message from him. I call 3 hours later to speak with him. I'm placed on hold for 5 minutes, he never answers the phone but the guy who originally placed me on hold comes back on the phone and knew what specific car I wanted and says "I don't know why that car was on the website, it HASNT BEEN ON THE LOT FOR SEVERAL DAYS". Which is it? Was it there or is it on its way there? Why couldn't the sale representative who I originally spoke to simply message me, or call me, or answer the phone and say that himself? I never leave reviews but this was the worst experience I've had personally and it was very unprofessional. More
