Saw an is300 online. Called to check availability and price. Was told cannot discuss price over the phone but come down and see the car. As the pressed both my son and i to purchase another vehicle and we insisted we were not interested in. 3 days later the car is still listed on line. So just called and asked for availability of the vehicle and they said come on down and take it for a test drive. Ive not seen a better example of bait and switch than this in my life. Be very cautious and I wouldn’t travel so far unless you are ready to be pushed to a different vehicle. Add to the fact that the car they try to sell us was listed online for 22k and they tacked on another 4k in ‘dealer’ costs. Was seriously a Seinfeld episode. More

I travelled from Baltimore to NJ to purchase a car I saw online. It was the worst customer service I have ever received at any dealership. First I was overcharged for the car and its been almost 4 weeks and online. It was the worst customer service I have ever received at any dealership. I have been calling daily and nobody picks the call. I have tried reaching out to the Sales Rep Melvin and the Customer Relations Manager but no response. This sort of attitude is totally unacceptable and I will not return to this delaership in future. More

He was very knowledgeable and willing to explain his take on each model car that we were looking into and ultimately helped me into getting into a new 2022 RX350 F-sport at a reasonable and satisfying payment. Isaiah has done an amazing job reaching out and keeping contact with any car related needs and I would HIGHLY recommend visiting him at Tri County Lexus if you are in need of, or thinking about getting into a new luxury vehicle. Especially if your current dealership is being unrealistic with their current lease/finance offers. I also wanted to advise that the sales management team were an allstar cast especially sales manager Kelvin Aquino who took the time to help workout a good number insuring that we were beyond happy with the choice and price of our vehicle. Rep that initially called wasn’t helpful and wasn’t able to give me any information. She stated that she’ll put in for a sales person to call me back, no one ever reached out and called me regarding my inqu to give me any information.
