Called the dealership to inquire about a vehicle I saw online. The rep.who answered, Juana, was very helpful by phone and invited me. Made an appointment however was running behind so I called "Juana" and online. The rep.who answered, Juana, was very helpful by phone and invited me. Made an appointment however was running behind so I called "Juana" and stated I know you guys close at 8pm. I'm about half hr away or I can come in tomorrow as I don't want to keep anyone late. She stated it's ok just come, " we never kick anyone out of our showrooms" As I was arriving, she called and I let her know we were there. Trying to figure out where the main showroom was. ( signs and a greeting would had been nice) after walking around for 10 min trying to figure out where to go, I asked someone in service if he could point me in righy direction. He did with no problem. As we walk up to showroom, no greeting .. mind you there were 3 guys in suits behind the desk ( most likely part of management) a sales rep talking to them. As we walked past.. NO acknowledgement. I walk over to a girl at a desk, she asked my name.. I ask for Juana. She states oh she's not here.. she's in internet sales. I stated interesting as she DID NOT mention that at all ( ABSOLUTELY MISLEADING) The girl walks over to the desk where the men in suits are, comes back over and says someone will be with you shortly. No name, didn't offer to have a seat; so I grabbed a seat. 10-15 min goes by... still NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT as I watch the 1 guy in a gray suit just staring. Are tou serious??? Now I'm getting frustrated bc im in sales and my team and I are ALL about our clients. Now I knownthe gray suit guy sees me getting frustrated... didn't come over at all. So I get up and walk over to him and ask for a business card. He doesn't have one. Lmao. Dude. Take-off the suit and go work somewhere esle. I then ask him to find a card, another guy gets up and found one of some sales manager whos not there. There clearly was a manager on duty however didn't have audacity to acknowledge us. HORRIBLE service! To top if off when I asked for a card the guy in gray suit asks, did you wanna make an appointment Hello?? We had one and you didn't bother to ask. Seriously the team there today 10/14/22 DOES not care about the clients or the growth of the dealership. They need customer service training and management training. Oh BTW, Juana, if your in internet sales ( which I called the dealership did notjing online) COMMUNICATE how the process works. Have a salesman ready to assist ans let us know you're in internet sales! I feel VERY discriminates against and I will make sure no one else feels like we did. More
Worst dealership i have ever been to. All the reviews are solicited by the employees to help with their reports. Cars are defective and they would trade in the car for far less the amount All the reviews are solicited by the employees to help with their reports. Cars are defective and they would trade in the car for far less the amount purchased. Just purchased a defective car and they would trade you out while forfeiting your down payment and for less the value of your car. They amount of the car is usually not what is written down on paperwork. From carlos to chris to Ivan are all very rude and never keep to their words. Only there to make money. Don't care about their clients. Dont trade with these people. More

We came back in and he took a picture of it without asking. I was asked if I was single twice by two people. I was asked if I got "hooked up" on my trip to Amsterdam. There were times when I had to call 5 times to get through to my salesperson. Either the call was dropped, not answered or nobody was available. My sales rep burdened me twice with a story about his health and being hospitalized. The finance man Mario was very bothered and curt when I asked questions. He was quick to say if I don't like it they won't sell me the car. Twice he was condescending stating "if I can read". I ended up walking out of his office. My salesperson was leaning into my personal space trying to adjust the steering wheel. He ignored my concern about the car color 3 times after the sale. The new car had 38 miles on it and crumbs under the mat. The floor mats were thrown in and not secured down. The window has some sort of sticky film on it that appears when it rains, and there is writing on the window. I was called a liar when I said my app says the color is terrane khaki m.m. and I ordered Nori Green. When I came to discuss it in person nobody greeted me friendly. The cargo mat is missing, and at first I was told I did not get one with that vehicle. Now it is on back order. This was the worst experience ever. The only decent person was Kelvin. More
