I highly recommend talking to Piotr. I came in to look at a preowned Lexus NX 300 and Piotr knew his stuff. He walked me through all the smart features, explained how the CPO warranty wo I came in to look at a preowned Lexus NX 300 and Piotr knew his stuff. Hey NJ, NY, PA All I can say is that it’s not worth to drive to TriCounty Lexus Dealership located in NJ. The worst dealer experience I have ever had in my entire life. I wasted 7 hours of my time and ene drive to TriCounty Lexus Dealership located in NJ. The worst dealer experience I have ever had in my entire life. I wasted 7 hours of my time and energy when I drove to NJ to TriCounty Lexus to purchase my first Lexus dream vehicle. The experience of buying my first Lexus was very disappointing. As my nephew, had already explained most of the details what had happened. It took more than 2 weeks to get my $15,000.00 refund deposit back. After so many.. many phones call. It was clear that they had no intention of returning my deposit. Most people would have given up and maybe that’s the outcome they were looking for. The day after we returned the vehicle, I received a phone call from Ron informed me that it would take 3 business days to get my refund back. Ron is a liar and disrespectful human being who only pay attention if and only when you finance so they can get a cut. Ron should be educated on cultural competence, communication and customer service skills. He did not keep his promise after the sales. Please take your business and your money elsewhere, this dealership will not respect you as a customer. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache by staying away from this dealership. I could give Tricounty Lexus 0 star, and I would. It should be renamed Scam Lexus. More
