I began my visit with Tri County Lexus last week Wednesday when I went in, without an appointment, just for information regarding a vehicle I was potentially interested in. I was assisted immediately by a sales representative Juan Rios, who listened to my needs, addressed my concerns, and provided all the information I needed to prepare myself to make a purchase. I was not pressured into the sale, or upsold at all. In fact, Juan took the time to learn more about my budget, my trade in situation, and fought for the best possible deal he can offer me. I have never met a sales representative so transparent, and willing to work on behalf of the customer. Even though I was not prepared to drive off with a car that day, Juan took me through the whole experience of test driving the vehicle to ensure the vehicle was exactly what I wanted. It is because of my experience with Juan, that I kept in touch and informed him that next week I was willing to purchase, and wanted to be certain my next visit would result in me driving away with my dream vehicle. Juan made sure the vehicle was available, that I was still comfortable with the numbers we agreed on, and had everything ready for us to speed through the process as soon as I walked into the dealership. After all the paperwork was filled out, I went on to Finance in which I was assisted by Osiris Cruz, an absolute gem. Finance at an auto dealership can feel very daunting, and like an additional negotiation even after you’ve already agreed to a price; however, this is not the case at Tri County Lexus. Osiris was equally transparent as Juan was, and broke down in detail all the additional services that could be included with my purchase. Again, I didn’t feel like I was being upsold, I felt as though I was being equipped with all the information I needed to make an informed decision, and was presented services that truly added value and piece of mind to the second largest purchase someone could make after a house. My experience with Tri Country Lexus has been exceptional from start to finish as a result of the stellar employees, Juan Rios, and Osiris Cruz. Juan has gained a loyal customer, and I will tell ANYONE I know interested in a Lexus, to visit Tri County and ask for Juan!! (And Osiris when you’re ready to move to finance) Thank you again!! The finance manager, Osiris, was also helpful and knew exactly what he was doing. This dealership definitely hires the best associates.
