I went back and forth with a representative of this dealership for weeks to make sure I would not be wasting my time. I was specific in that I was a cash buyer and asked what the total dealer fees woul dealership for weeks to make sure I would not be wasting my time. I was specific in that I was a cash buyer and asked what the total dealer fees would be minus tax and DMV. I was told (in writing) $799.00. I get to the dealership and waste time checking the car and test driving it and then Ed (manager) tells me there would be an additional $1800.00 fee because I was paying cash. Realizing a was a retired police detective he was quick to repeat to me that this fee was listed on their website. I was dealing directly with a salesman who stated there were no fees other than the $799.00 Doc Fee. Here is the reason why and I advise anyone looking to buy a car to do as suggested: As long as the dealer is disclosing the fact that they are doing this, it’s legal. Basically, they are counting on making some money on the loan, so if they lost that profit they want to make up for it somewhere. If this is how this store operates, I would take your business elsewhere. More

They actually said this is for Muslim religion???? N if u pay 50 percent for 36 months. They quoted me one price. Within a half hour changed there mind in that price. Very dishonest dealership More

My salesperson promised me brand new all weather mats for the front and rear seats with my purchase. Upon delivery of the car, they were not provided. I questioned this and asked to speak to my representative but he was not in that day. I spent the next two weeks trying to get him to give me a straight answer. I then escalated the situation and complained to the manager. He explained to me that the deal my representative made was not made with his knowledge and if I had "just kept my mouth shut" my representative coud've stolen them from a different car and provided them to me. But now since he (the manager) is aware of the situation, that hypothetical/unrealistic/dishonest option was not available. They offered me no recourse and basically told me to leave.. I had to buy my own all weather mats. Their service department is subpar. Overally rating would be 1/10. More
We had Sanjay and he was very rude, he rushed us through the whole process. He was frustrated that we didnt want to purchase the car on the day of. I would not recommend this dealership. ..at all. Horrible experience from start to finish. I'm on my third car from them and it will be my last. Didn't get what I was supposed to, everythin ..at all. To make matters worse, I was given a sales person who said he would be my go to and to call whenever I needed anything! Well, after 4 months, he's no longer there. I never received my second key, was told it would be mailed to me. Now, they don't even answer the phone half the time. I was on hold for 10 minutes, only to be disconnected. Call back and it just rang into oblivion, no one answered! That's how you run a business?????? The worst. More
I previously bought a vehicle here so I had high hopes which were quickly dashed. Mike continually talked over me and tried to upsell me even when I clearly explain what I was looking for. He even boldly told me I was “going to lease” even though I informed him multiple times I was not interested in leasing. He also tried to convince me that lemon laws don’t apply if you purchase a used vehicle (even a certified one) and I was only protected if I purchased a new vehicle. I would seriously rather ride a Big Wheel than purchase a vehicle from this dealership. More
