Ripped me off. The car had bad tires and wouldn't pass inspection right after driving it off the lot. When I went to this dealer to look a vehicle I had seen on line the price had increased by $1,800 also it was online as a Lexus Certified Pre-Owned with a unlimited mileage warranty for 6 years when I got on line the price had increased by $1,800 also it was online as a Lexus Certified Pre-Owned with a unlimited mileage warranty for 6 years when I got there they told me I had to $2,800 for the warranty. On top all that the vehicle had a cracked windshield. Worst experience yet at a dealer. False advertising at it’s best horrible experience. More
Worst dealer. Typical bait and switch. Went there and they say it’s sold that morning. But the listing still there. Stay away from this dealer! Typical bait and switch. Went there and they say it’s sold that morning. But the listing still there. Stay away from this dealer! More

This dealership was awful. The listing price for their cars online isn’t accurate. They add about 2-3k more for a reconditioning fee. Also Isaiah their sales rep plays the sale The listing price for their cars online isn’t accurate. They add about 2-3k more for a reconditioning fee. Also Isaiah their sales rep plays the sales game great but the moment he realized a deal isn’t being made he became rude with an attitude. Ed Hasabi the sales manager is an unprofessional. I have never felt so uncomfortable trying to negotiate and he starts raising his voice almost to make a scene. We told him he was being loud and he goes “you think I’m being loud, now you’re making me feel bad that’s not cool” as he proceeds to raise his hands and make a scene. Ed had the nerve to ask my husband what his career was as if he was putting him down. My husband is an engineer and we have more than enough money to buy a Lexus but we will not be disrespected by Ed Hasabi and his team for inquiring about how a car listed for 33k suddenly becomes 38k and falsely advertising their prices.
