We bought our car at Tri County Lexus. They promised great service, e.g. dropping off a loaner car @ our house...but they were hours late. This was my worst purchase experience that I have had in my life. I took the vehicle home and he very next day, the light Maintenance Required soon came on. They did absolutely nothing else even though they charged for Dealer Prep. Also their Biz Mgr tells one lie after the other about all of the additional services. It is a high pressure, very nasty exchange when you do not purchase these additional services. The vehicle was not even detailed. It was a very disturbing experience. More
I had the worst experience with this dealership, very shady salesmanship which seems to be mainly with the manager more than the frontline salesman. Not that was looking for a steal, but when you okay a number don't come back and raise it. Manager is poorly dressed and reflects that managerial staff is looking to rip you off. Went in to test drive an RX. Receptionist was not friendly or helpful. We asked for a brochure and were directed to a wall of messy literature - no RX brochure. When we asked the receptionist again she made it seem like we were bothering her and she said she'd try to get on. We asked to test drive and she said there wasn't anyone available but she would try. Now, we are buying a 40K plus car - not some cheap thing and don't think it was too much to ask for some customer service. After waiting 15 minutes to someone to give us some sort of customer service we left. When I called to speak to the Sales Manager the phone rang many times and then I was put into voice mail. Not a way to try to sell cars. We won't be back! More
I walked in with an interest of the IS F. However, the salesman kept pushing me to buy the car and I told him not at the moment and also they didn't have a car for me to test drive yet. I came a day befor salesman kept pushing me to buy the car and I told him not at the moment and also they didn't have a car for me to test drive yet. I came a day before my appointment to check out the place with a friend and the salesman was being very pushy. Later on he called in his manager to come over and persuade me too and I told on let me wait till I test drive the vehicle and he said "NO! I can let you drive any car BUT the IS F because is limited and exclusive. You MUST put a $500.00 DEPOSIT to test drive." I told him that was ridiculous and I HAVE NEVER heard of a dealer telling me to put a deposit to test drive. These guys are closer to my house but definitely I would not go here for purchase and service. After commenting about how ridiculous of the demand for me to put a deposit he finally said he will not charge me or have me put any deposit for the test drive but I told him forget it I'm not coming back. I called up other local Lexus dealers and asked them about test driving and having to put a deposit and they all told me that they DO NOT DO THAT and also I would NOT have to put down a deposit at all or any for the test drive. They agreed to a price and when I went back to sign the papers, they wouldn't honor their commitment. I waste of my time, trust and overall interest in Lexus as a brand. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They are crooks and swindlers and laugh about their actions. When I went to sign the papers for a NEW (READ NEW, NOT USED) RX400h with a price upon which they offered and I agreed, I was told they would give me the 400h but with 10,000 miles on it and that the price they offered was THAT car, not a new one. Oh, really? Does a NEW car have 10,000 miles on it? New meanS under 50 miles, not 10,000. Donovan, the sales manager is a smoozy lying sack of worthlessness who would sell his mother if it meant he was going to make money and John Delgado is a pawn iin the system. The rest of the sales team is smarmy with really bad suits, pinky rings and incredibly comb-overs. And the best part of it all was that they keep saying 'We're Lexus, we don't do that." Right. Give me a break. STAY AWAY...UNLESS YOU LIKE LOSING YOUR DIGNITY, TIME AND YOUR SHIRT. More
I received a disrespectful, humiliating and insensitive treatment from people working there. Salesperson, while talking to me was purposely imitating my accent (I do have an accent). Yelling my name through the entire showroom many times, making me extremely uncomfortable and filling humiliated. In addition, I was asked to pay an extra 198.00 plus tax for the car window’s etching as an extra charge. Salesperson said that etching is already on the windows, and I reluctantly paid for it. Checking new car, I found no etching on the windows. I asked for refund. Manager yelled at me and refused to give a refund for the services, which were not provided. When I asked about new license plates and new registration, manager said "Tri-County Lexus dealership does not want your business". At this point I left to avoid further aggravations. More
I purchased a brand new RX400h from Tri-County Lexus. My experience with this dealership was very positive. They did not have the color I was looking for. When I went to pick up my new car, my salesman gave me a nicely packed gift in a Lexus bag. I am servicing my car with this dealer, I am very happy with their service department, specially when they come to my home and pick up my car for services and leave a car for me to drive, they do the service and deliver my car to my address. I definitley would recommend TRi-County Lexus to all my friends and relatives. More
I have had service done by this dealership on two separate occasions. Two years ago I had body work done and the paint is now chipping off. Last year my engine seized due to a build up off engine s separate occasions. Two years ago I had body work done and the paint is now chipping off. Last year my engine seized due to a build up off engine sludge; Steve from lexus service told me my warranty would not apply because it looks like I hadn't changed my oil. After producing my oil change receipts for 95,000 miles (which took a lot of leg work because I had changed my oil at a number of differentr facilities) my warranty finally covered the work. I was without a car for 2 months and when I got my vehicle back, they tried to hit me up for a brake job because the car was sitting there for so long without moving and my brakes had gotten wet because my car was left out in the rain. I could go on and on about how dissatsified I was with my service and how many nasty conversations I had with Steve and others at tri-county lexus. In short, I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. They are class-less and have terrible customer service. More
