I received a disrespectful, humiliating and insensitive treatment from people working there. Salesperson, while talking to me was purposely imitating my accent (I do have an accent). Yelling my name through the entire showroom many times, making me extremely uncomfortable and filling humiliated. In addition, I was asked to pay an extra 198.00 plus tax for the car window’s etching as an extra charge. Salesperson said that etching is already on the windows, and I reluctantly paid for it. Checking new car, I found no etching on the windows. I asked for refund. Manager yelled at me and refused to give a refund for the services, which were not provided. When I asked about new license plates and new registration, manager said "Tri-County Lexus dealership does not want your business". At this point I left to avoid further aggravations. More

I purchased a brand new RX400h from Tri-County Lexus. My experience with this dealership was very positive. They did not have the color I was looking for. When I went to pick up my new car, my salesman gave me a nicely packed gift in a Lexus bag. I am servicing my car with this dealer, I am very happy with their service department, specially when they come to my home and pick up my car for services and leave a car for me to drive, they do the service and deliver my car to my address. I definitley would recommend TRi-County Lexus to all my friends and relatives. More

I have had service done by this dealership on two separate occasions. Two years ago I had body work done and the paint is now chipping off. Last year my engine seized due to a build up off engine s separate occasions. Two years ago I had body work done and the paint is now chipping off. Last year my engine seized due to a build up off engine sludge; Steve from lexus service told me my warranty would not apply because it looks like I hadn't changed my oil. After producing my oil change receipts for 95,000 miles (which took a lot of leg work because I had changed my oil at a number of differentr facilities) my warranty finally covered the work. I was without a car for 2 months and when I got my vehicle back, they tried to hit me up for a brake job because the car was sitting there for so long without moving and my brakes had gotten wet because my car was left out in the rain. I could go on and on about how dissatsified I was with my service and how many nasty conversations I had with Steve and others at tri-county lexus. In short, I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. They are class-less and have terrible customer service. More

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer. This is not my first Lexus but it is my first experience with this dealer. The experience far exceeded all of my expectations. The sales team was extremely not my first Lexus but it is my first experience with this dealer. The experience far exceeded all of my expectations. My sales consultant gave me a tour of the facility at the time I picked up my car and introduced me to the service folks so I can set my first service appointment. I LOVE my new car!! More

I just have few phone calls with this dealer in last few days, and I decide I will not want to deal with them in the rest of my life. Bad phone manner, never say "hello" when I pick up their phone call; Instead, always try to make you feel you owe them something, and should go there to appologize to them, and very rude. I just don't see any quality and service when I deal with them in the last few days. I still don't even know the price because I refuse to go there until they can give me a simple number first. NOT recommended, totally waste your time. However, the only good thing is, they make me feel I need to share my experience so other people don't need to go through what I had been through, and that is why I find this web site; And I have just found I am not alone. I should have viewed the web site first before I look for dealers next time. More

I've never got my LS400 out of this place for less than a thousand dollars, but they're only two miles away. I noticed later the headliner was falling down in the back - presumably because of all the action in the back seat . I took the car in to have the AC recharged and mentioned the headliner - I was referred to an auto upolsterer in the neighboring town. The AC stopped working in three weeks.
