I had a great experience.As soon as i walk in recep. My experience at this dealership was great! I'll definitely recommend this dealership and will come back as soon as my lease is up! :) More

As soon as I entered the dealership, I was greeted by the receptionist, right away I was attended by salesman, Leroy, I did not have to wait. Leroy was a very polite and full of information. My name is Jeremy and I have been looking to purchase a Black LS460, I have been to Prestige Lexus and Bridgewater Lexus and had bad experiences from both places. At Prestige it took forever to see a sales Black LS460, I have been to Prestige Lexus and Bridgewater Lexus and had bad experiences from both places. At Prestige it took forever to see a salesperson to talk about the car I wanted and when I wanted the features explained it felt like the salesman didn't want to explain everything and was basically trying to rush me into buying the car and I felt like all they wanted was my money and they could careless about me so I ended up just leaving. Then I tried Bridgewater Lexus and called ahead to test drive the car and when I arrived they didn't have the car on the lot so I had to wait awhile and when it was brought in it was very dirty inside and I didn't even want to drive it. So I told the sales guy that they wasted my time and left once again unhappy. You would think they would keep a new car looking new. After my bad experiences I wanted to just go to BMW but I decided to try Tri-County Lexus in Little Falls, NJ and I am glad I did! When I arrived at the dealership I saw their new cars well organized and clean. I saw the LS460 I was looking for and went into the showroom. I was then greeted right away by the receptionist named Dulce who was very kind and introduced me to Eddie Murcia who was my salesman. He was very great to talk to and has a positive attitude and personality. He explained all the features of the car to me an then we went for the test drive. I fell in love with the car and we finished up with a very great deal! I didn't feel rushed at all thru the whole process. I also met with the GM Mike Visocky who also had a great attitude and down to earth personality, I felt like family. I picked up my car the next day and left feeling happy and appreciated. I'm glad I stopped by Tri-County Lexus and I love my new car! I would recommend Tri-County Lexus to everyone! Great group of people there and great prices. Thanks again to Eddie, Mike, and Dulce. I'll definiely be back. More

Narrowed car search down to Lexus, BMW and MB - hybrid and diesel. Joe was competent sales person, but told us it would be 4-6 weeks to get hybrid so we decided to think about it. Upon leaving, we were introduced to Sales Manager Camillo who whispered we could actually get the car in a few days. I didnt like that the Sales Manager contradicted the Sales Person (with whom we were building a new relationship) right in front of us. I question the sales strategy and wonder if we were being played. For the price of the Lexus brand, I shouldnt feel I had a "used car slick sell" experience. I am now the proud owner of a GL BlueTech 450 More
Things have really changed at TriCounty Lexus. Service is quick, people are friendly, and very professional. Brought my car in for a quick oil change... Was greeted bi Gene upon arrival... He then escorted me to my service person Nancy... I HAVE BEEN A LEXUS OWNER FOR THE LAST 11 YEARS. I PRESENTLY HAVE AN RX350, I LIVE IN MANHATTAN BUT I TRAVEL THE 4 STATE AREA FOR BUSINESS. LAST WEEK WHILE TRAVELING TO PARSIPPANY NJ I REALIZED THAT I PRESENTLY HAVE AN RX350, I LIVE IN MANHATTAN BUT I TRAVEL THE 4 STATE AREA FOR BUSINESS. LAST WEEK WHILE TRAVELING TO PARSIPPANY NJ I REALIZED THAT I WAS DUE FOR A 15000 MILE SERVICE AND HAD A RECALL NOTICE ON MY VEHICLE. I FOUND TRI COUNTY LEXUS ON RT 46 AND DECIDED TO STOP AND SEE IF I COULD GET SERVICE AS I DID NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. UPON ENTERING THE SERVICE AREA I WAS GREETED BY GENE WHO WELCOMED ME IN A MOST PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. I EXPLAINED THAT I DID NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT BUT THAT I NEEDED SERVICE AND THATS WHEN GENE WENT INTO ACTION!!MY CAR WAS CHECKED IN IMMEDIATELY AND I WAS BEING HELPED BY A SERVICE ADVISOR IN A MATTER OF 4 MINUTES. AFTER SEEING THE ADVISOR I WAS ESCORTED INTO THE LOUNGE AND ASSURED BY GENE THAT HE WOULD KEEP ME UPDATED ON THE STATUS OF MY SERVICE. GENE AND STEVE KEEPT ME TOTALLY UP TO DATE AND THE CAR WAS FINISHED 20 MINUTES AHEAD OF TIME. I FELT LIKE I WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT CUSTOMER IN THE DEALERSHIP. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO GOOD NOR WITH SUCH PROFESSIONALISM BY ANY OTHER DEALER. GREAT JOB GENE AND STEVE, YOU HAVE MADE ME A CUSTOMER FOREVER, I WILL DRIVE THE EXTRA 30 MINUTES TO HAVE SERVICE FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP!!
