I came in for my first 5,000 mile service for my LS 460 and as soon as I came into the service drive I was greeted by Gene who was polite and answered questions I had about what is included in the service and as soon as I came into the service drive I was greeted by Gene who was polite and answered questions I had about what is included in the service and detail, I was then taken to Cesar Ruiz who was my service advisor who was a laid back down to earth guy and had answers to all my questions and even gave me a discount on getting my car detailed as well as the regular service on the same day! I couldn't believe the deal I got! I was then put into a loaner and went about my day. A few hours later I got a call that my car was ready and came back to see it in the service drive looking like it was a brand new showroom car! I love it! Service and workers there were great. I also spoke with the service director Al Frizalone and the detail manager Ernie and expressed my gratitude with how things went with my service and detail. He told me his goal was to just give me all the information I needed to make an educated decision and to answer all my questions. I was like "WOW", I wasn't expecting that. He was very interested in what I had to say and ask. After test driving the IS 250, I wanted to go over some numbers. He made it so easy! I loved the car, he made the numbers not only make sense but even got the payments to fit my budget! I went from just going to get information to actually buying the car! It was Great! Justin was courteous, informative and very polite. I was glad to give him my business! I would recommend Justin to anybody in the market for a preowned Lexus. More

Took delivery yesterday of my new RX450h and I can't tell you how happy I was to see I was taking delivery of my vechicle on the "delivery bridge" like I did 10 years ago (the other cars that I took delivery of from Tri-County was just in the parking lot).
