Brian was one of the, if not best sales person I ever dealt with. Even though I knew what car I wanted going in, he took the time with me in the beginning to evaluate my needs and to see if the car I wa dealt with. It's never easy to purchase a new vehicle but this dealership makes the process of purchasing a car as easy as possible. I was comfortable from the very beginning with Mike my salesman. And, that was after I was greeted by the very friendly receptionist with a big white smile. The entire process took just about a week and that was because I was very specific as to the type of car and the color (interior and exterior) that I wanted. Mike promised he would find it and have it delivered and Tri County Lexus did just that. My last stop was the Finance Manager and he delivered as well. I got a great deal and was able to take the car home. This is my fourth Lexus and my second new lexus from Tri County Lexus. I readily recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a car. I will be back when I am ready to trade in again. More

To be honest, going into a dealership always scares me, but once I entered tri county Lexus I was met by a very friendly salesmen by the name of Brian Coyle. He was very friendly offered me coffee and popc but once I entered tri county Lexus I was met by a very friendly salesmen by the name of Brian Coyle. He was very friendly offered me coffee and popcorn and sat me down far from all the noise do he can focus on my needs and wants then he took me out to see the car very knowledgable person. Knew where everything was inside and outside the car, gave me a great walk thru then went on the test drive. When we came back from the drive I get down to bussnies and told him I want this car for this price. Usually other car dealers send over mangers and what not, I was expecting that to happen here too but surprisingly it didnt. Yea he he came back with his manger but just to congradualte me on my new car. Best car dealership I been to in all my car buying experience.
