I recently visited Tri County Lexus, just to get some info on a certified lexus IS 250. I was introduced to Justin Salomone. I told him upfront that I wasn't purchasing a vehical today. He told me his goal was to just give me all the information I needed to make an educated decision and to answer all my questions. I was like "WOW", I wasn't expecting that. He was very interested in what I had to say and ask. After test driving the IS 250, I wanted to go over some numbers. He made it so easy! I loved the car, he made the numbers not only make sense but even got the payments to fit my budget! I went from just going to get information to actually buying the car! It was Great! Justin was courteous, informative and very polite. I was glad to give him my business! I would recommend Justin to anybody in the market for a preowned Lexus. More

I came in for my first 5,000 mile service for my LS 460 and as soon as I came into the service drive I was greeted by Gene who was polite and answered questions I had about what is included in the service and as soon as I came into the service drive I was greeted by Gene who was polite and answered questions I had about what is included in the service and detail, I was then taken to Cesar Ruiz who was my service advisor who was a laid back down to earth guy and had answers to all my questions and even gave me a discount on getting my car detailed as well as the regular service on the same day! I couldn't believe the deal I got! I was then put into a loaner and went about my day. A few hours later I got a call that my car was ready and came back to see it in the service drive looking like it was a brand new showroom car! I love it! Service and workers there were great. I also spoke with the service director Al Frizalone and the detail manager Ernie and expressed my gratitude with how things went with my service and detail.
