Again……Why should I waste more time with anyone at this dealership? I have all the text messages from your sales representative “Jeff” that clearly states that your only fee was a $799.00 document fee. After I left the dealership I contacted “Jeff” again to which he replied he forgot to tell me about the $1800.00 give me your money for nothing fee. I viewed the vehicle on CARFAX and was never directed to your website. There is no mention of the $1800.00 phantom fee on CARFAX. I am actually expecting some legal advice on this later today as this situation came up in conversation with an attorney while discussing another matter last week. Over charging a customer because they are paying cash is a discriminatory practice. It’s about time legislation is passed to stop all of these excessive fees auto dealerships can apply on both the Federal and State levels.
