Tri County Lexus

Went to Tri-County Lexus to explore an early lease buyout and lease of a new vehicle with Mike Grossberg. I had done research on the internet and had developed parameters that I needed to meet to consumate a and lease of a new vehicle with Mike Grossberg. He took my requirements to his Sales Mgr (Rudy T) and they returned to discuss my request. After some negotiating, Rudy accepted my offering. Both individuals were pleasant to deal with and I never felt pressuring. The overall experience was very good; we went home with a new car. This my third lease of a Lexus from Tri-County and may have been my best experience to date. More

I went into tri county lexus to see what the preowned department had to offer. I was professionaly greeted by Justin when I walked in. We sat down and he took his time showing me everything about both vehicles and he helped me pick the one that best suited me. I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime and I can honestly say that Justin is by far the best sales person I have ever dealt with. He is one of the reasons why I bought this beautiful certified RX350. He is very polite, courteous, professional, and knows the Lexus brand very well.
