I would most definitely recommend this dealership to other buyers. The customer service was truly outstanding and each sales representative there treated us with the utmost respect and friendliness. Saw a blue Lexus rx350 online only to realize that it was a stock picture Then saw another one and put our offer Dealer didn't agree so we walked out Next day he called and we negotiated a rate over the p a stock picture Then saw another one and put our offer Dealer didn't agree so we walked out Next day he called and we negotiated a rate over the phone He called 3-4 times to confirm if we were coming We went in the evening and the car was detailed and waiting for us to sign and pick car When we started signing the documents is when the manager relaized that the car car he negotiate was a different one ad not the one and the other car is what we never looked at He was the trying to sell the other car to us In the meanwhile when we asked the manager to be called he says the manager is it there and he started To sell the other car he wanted to sell The people around werenof no help either and none of them were even trying to tell the other guy what mess he created All guys here suck big time Stay away from and check all documents 100 times as you never know what you saw and what you would be sold More
