However, the sales manager (Orlando) was very proactive and wanted to ensure that we were happy customers and that our experiences were up to their standards. This was very refreshing as the dealer seemed genuinely concerned about the problems we experienced and wanted to address them. After that nearly 20 minute conversation with Orlando, our concerns were addressed and we'll will be returning to hopefully purchase a new car. More
