I would have given all #5 (great) if it had not been for my experience when picking up the car . My salesman Jean Paul Baptiste was excellent and very patient..Cesear who explained the mechanics of the car my experience when picking up the car . But, as usual when dealing with the Ciasulli team mentality, the monthly payment was increased the day of pickup. This happened 3 times before..over the course of 18 years...2 other leased Lexus and 1 Camry. One time it was the GAP insurance was not included...this time the taxes weren't included for a $25 jump in monthly payments. All 4 times I was ready to walk out without taking the car and the finance guy always relented and stood by salesman's price. This is their shtick and I fully expected it this time and sure enough it happened. Too bad because everything else was great, price, Jean Paul and Ceasar. I actually went to Prestige Lexus several years ago to do my lease to see if this happened there too, it did not. My last lease was a BMW and it did not happen there either. You need to be firm or you will pay more than you need to. This really should be addressed as several people mentioned the same story to me and they now use Prestige instead. Tri-County is so close to my home that I don't care about this bait and switch because I wont give in and it all works out in the end. More

And then there is Jose, who also adds to the whole wonderful experience. I was so appreciative when he set up my blue tooth for me. More
