Best Experience Ever! We went to Tri County Lexus to purchase a used vehicle we found on the internet. Via the internet we were told that we were guaranteed the price. Upon arriving at the dealership we found that our original appointment person was not in for the day. At the end of it all, were glad that they were not. We were assisted by Sean Donnelly. Sean is the epitome of professionalism. He inspected the vehicle with us and took us for a test drive. During the test drive he pointed out several features that we were unaware of while giving us a clear picture of the history of the vehicle. He was very thorough with his information, answering all of our questions and concerns regarding the vehicle. He was not pushy at all and honored the internet price without question. We were on a tight time constraint and he was very accommodating and respectful of our time. Sean went over the financing process before handing us over to Mike to complete the transaction. Mike was very honest and informative. He showed great concern for our financial questions and needs as a consumer. Overall, this was the best car purchasing experience we have ever had. Bad salesman, cheating, not friendly, waste of time. I do not think his character can keep this job. Sales should be warm, friendly, respectful, informative, knowledgable about the cars, and explains things reasonably. I did not find any above character on Ali. I understand dealer use lower asking price to attract customer, adding fees is ok, the price is not right, then we do not buy. but i was there at the second time after few phone conversations with the giving price from first visit. Please give me a clear final price, i will not buy if it is too high, it will be fine, but do not waste my time. But he is not a skillful sales.He made me waited 40 minutes for an appointment, and use time inefficiently, then complains of 1.5 hours appointment time is not long enough to make a deal at the second visit with my credit card in his hand. I am mad since I wasted my time on this guy. My valuable time! After i complained to the manager and he gave me the final price before i left. He promised in front of me that the giving price would not be added with ridiculous fees as webs info, then he added more than $6000 ridiculous fees which not including sale tax and document fees. His skills of cheating is childish, I feel being played and humiliated. I have shopping around for the car, nobody acts like Ali, I will buy my new car at another dealer, and I am happy to pay the final price, since the salesman is friendly, respectful, and honest with the final price, I only use 30 minutes to sigh up everything with this salesman.
