just go to lexus of englewood instead I purchased my car from this dealer which was a good experience, but their service dept. sucks. I've been here 2-3 times bc of the proximity to my hou I purchased my car from this dealer which was a good experience, but their service dept. sucks. I've been here 2-3 times bc of the proximity to my house. But every time I come here, you have to wait about 10 minutes once you pull your car into the service bay before someone greets you. Also, if you are waiting a while, don't expect to get any kind of update. Today I waited 3 hours(getting two tires installed)and only got an update when I asked the service advisor. I really feel like I'm getting serviced at a kia dealer. No prestige in coming here at all. Next time I'll just save myself and head to englewood. P.S attention to details and little things like this go a long way. No water or bottles of water until I asked for water at the desk and she had someone replace the gallon. I came in at 11 am, I highly doubt that gallon went since opening. Stock the fridge you have instead of making customers walk over three building to buy their own from a vending machine. They have a popcorn machine in here like we are at the circus, which i might mention is stale as heck. More
