Poor, Disrespectful Sales Service Be wary of the fake positive reviews. If you look carefully the same user names seem to reappear multiple times as buying vehicles from Abe Hindi such Be wary of the fake positive reviews. If you look carefully the same user names seem to reappear multiple times as buying vehicles from Abe Hindi such as "doe456" and "psycholex". Unless they are buying a new car every week. Needless to say here is a true review. Everything went downhill from the moment I stepped into this dealership. When I walked over to the front desk I asked for Andy Jiminian who initially contacted me via email but he was unavailable. No problem, I patiently waited for 15-20 minutes before a salesman was assigned to me. We went out for a test drive and when we returned to dealership he suddenly disappeared to work with another customer while I was still looking at the vehicle and seriously considering to make a purchase. I felt totally disrespected and I sincerely believe I may have even been profiled perhaps because I am young person and they didn't think I was a real customer. I expressed my displeasure to the manager who brushed me off as if this was normal behavior. I really wanted to look past it and waited around to discuss numbers only to be shown monthly costs which absolutely made no sense. Please avoid at all costs and don't waste your time here with these rude, incompetent and unprofessional salespeople. I have other friends who had a similar experience. I will be taking my hard earned money to Lexus of Route 10, a dealership who appreciates my business! More

Unethical Dealership I had a deal negotiated with Tri-County Lexus for a used RX350 F Sport and a trade-in price for my trade-in. After negotiating I was made aware when I had a deal negotiated with Tri-County Lexus for a used RX350 F Sport and a trade-in price for my trade-in. After negotiating I was made aware when of an "outsourcing fee" which essentially was due to me getting a better rate with my credit union and utilizing them for the financing. I advised my sales representative this fee is unethical and I would like it waived being a repeat customer with one vehicle currently Leased with this dealership. He asked me to give him 2 days because he had the next day off and when I was contacted to come back in I received contradictory stories that the sales manager we dealt with left or was fired so we would need to start fresh on the whole deal. Not sure why this was the case because my sales representative was still working with me and had written up the purchase order with all of the details. They said it was irrelevant because the sales manager was no longer working there and completely changed up the trade-in number and sale price of their car. I later left 2 vm's for Rene Cruz and never received a return call. I walked out and will certainly not continue doing business with Tri-County Lexus with out current lease. More
