Too old to do much more battling with maintenance departments in dealerships. Knew I had some kind of an engine problem, or something under the hood, or in front...somewhere. Having lost 2 transmissions on previous vans, this was my first thought. Engine sound just sounded familiar to transmission failure. Spent a week checking around with all my good car people and they all said Tri-City was my best, only chance. (Used to take vans to Carlson’s in Concord until Chrysler dropped them. Huge mistake.) Tri-City service was intelligent, informed, knowledgeable, helpful, honest. I can go on... I am so grateful for their help. And it wasn't the transmission. Whew. Will purchase my next School-Teacher-Model van from them. They actually helped me with my extended warranty. Can you believe that?!! And yes, I have always/will always love Dodge vans. More
