This dealership use to be excellent. I bought two new Jeep Grand Cherokees there including a 2025 Grand Cherokee Summit. I have always been very satisfied with the service dept. Recently the owners have decided to reduce customer support: No Fast Lane Oil Changes, and Now they will not detail vehicles they sold in favor of detailing other dealer's vehicles. I will Not buy another vehicle there.

Very helpful and helped me catch up on all maintenance, and made time to go over tech functions of the car again, and answer my questions. Also adjusted the bill down some due to some considerations. Paul Diorio was exceptional in helpfulness and attitude.

Friendly and fast service, prices are reasonable and honest. I have no regrets buying my truck there.

I went in for an oil change only. They had my car for an hour and a half, came back saying it needed over $4000 worth of work and then all of a sudden I notice it's leaking fluid. It's seems quite odd to me.

I always know that our Jeeps are getting the best service available on each and every appointment. The quality and knowledge of the entire staff is outstanding !
