Anne McGinn was cheerful and helpful despite the terrible weather we were having that day, and treated us as valued customers even though we were buying a used vehicle. The vehicle was in beautiful condition despite the snow-ice and zero degree temps we were having at the time. She took the time to warm the vehicle up for us so we'd be comfortable and could take our time checking out all the amenities. We have only had the vehicle for a day so far, and we're still learning all the electronics, but it drives like a dream. Anne's parting words were to call her or come back if we had any further questions or needed help figuring how something worked and she would personally help us. I believe it was a genuine offer.
