Mis-leading and rude Julianna took several days to locate the Prius we wanted and then gave us incorrect information. When I pointed that out to her she said her manager Julianna took several days to locate the Prius we wanted and then gave us incorrect information. When I pointed that out to her she said her manager would review and get back to me. When that didn't happen, I called again and spoke with the finance manager who said, when I pointed out several mistakes, that he wasn't the one who had prepared the pricing information but would look into it and get back to me. That didn't happen either! Among other things wrong, they wanted to bill us for a service fee of almost $500 in the state of Arizona that doesn't exist! This is all too bad because we bought from them 5 years ago and were quite pleased at that time. Maybe a change in ownership or managers? Will definitely not go there again, nor recommend it. More

Great Salesperson! Julianna was a terrific salesperson. Since she knew what I was looking for, she kept me in the loop and kept me updated on used cars as they came in Julianna was a terrific salesperson.
