Mis-leading and rude Julianna took several days to locate the Prius we wanted and then gave us incorrect information. When I pointed that out to her she said her manager would review and get back to me. When that didn't happen, I called again and spoke with the finance manager who said, when I pointed out several mistakes, that he wasn't the one who had prepared the pricing information but would look into it and get back to me. That didn't happen either! Among other things wrong, they wanted to bill us for a service fee of almost $500 in the state of Arizona that doesn't exist! This is all too bad because we bought from them 5 years ago and were quite pleased at that time. Maybe a change in ownership or managers? Will definitely not go there again, nor recommend it. More

Had an appointment for an oil change that was done in a short amount of time. The free check up was explained very well by Nick with possible repairs and timing. After visiting no less than 10 different dealerships to investigate where to sign for a new lease (VW, Subaru, Honda, Kia) ... nobody came close to caring for us like the people at Northbrook Toyota. They were honest, cared about us, and worked very hard to help us get what we needed at a price we could afford. Julianna had been working with me for months via email, and her kind efforts payed off. Adem helped us once we came in the door along with Julianna, and we couldn't be happier! (In past experience (1987 Hatchback) with another dealer, every oil change there was a surprise - a "problem" needing immediate attention - which prompted me to buy my next new car elsewhere. - NORTHBOOK TOYOTA) Northbrook has NEVER "pushed" any unnecessary work , or took advantage of "a little old lady". This past visit I met Alex Cortez again, and as always, he was a delight, very thorough, and took the time to chat. He has always been very honest. My cars will always be bought and serviced at Northbrook Toyota. More
Trust Service Adviser Like He Was My Older Brother Our 2005 Corolla, which we purchased new at this dealership, has 216,000 miles on it. It had not been to the dealer for major work or inspection in a Our 2005 Corolla, which we purchased new at this dealership, has 216,000 miles on it. It had not been to the dealer for major work or inspection in almost three years. (oil changes and tire rotations being done at a location closer to our home). Since I became the primary driver of this 2005 car three years ago, with my wife purchasing a new Corolla here, as her primary vehicle, I typically put on 25,000 miles a year. Given the grinding noise in the engine area that my wife and I both heard, it was time to "take it in to Reggie". He determined that the problem sound resulted primarily from the need for a new drive belt. He also recommended brake work, discovered a dangerous wheel bearing situation that required immediate attention, and performed some serious engine cleaning. At the same time, he avoided unnecessary recommendations: i.e. time and mileage would have suggested new spark plugs, and I had procrastinated for months on having these looked at, but these were deemed AOK. Twenty years experience with Reggie has taught me to listen to him like I listen to my own wonderful older brother. The car now runs as quietly as sitting in our living room, drinking coffee on a Sunday morning. Moreover, the previous mileage of 33 mpg is now exceeded, with my present estimate being 37 mpg. The price for the entire job, while not inexpensive, was definitely fair for the excellent quality and safety reassurance provided. With the 2005 wheel bearing needing to be ordered, (and you can't expect a dealer to carry a full inventory of 15 year old model parts), the service team still got completed around noontime the following day. My wife Angi and I could not be more satisfied with the concern for both our safety and our wallet, and the consistent, excellent service from Reggie and the team at Northbrook Toyota. More
Service Reggie is an outstanding service provider. Initially, I had someone else there who told me I would be charged $145 for diagnostics, even though I had the extended warranty, if they could not determine the problem. Where as, Reggie insisted they look at my car and found the ignition coil was going bad on my car. He also made sure I fully understood what was wrong with my car, of which I realized I should not be driving it and he provided me with a loaner until the needed part came in to get it fixed. More
