DO NOT GO HERE!! This dealership is rude and unprofessional. They only thing Nate cared about was closing the deal and put a ton of pressure on me to buy. This was my first time buying a new car and they were not patient or helpful. I had an 8 year old car to trade in and the business office laughed at me in front a busy showroom of other customers, made fun of my old car in front of me, and offered me $100 for the car. JERKS!!! I was also made to wait 4 hours to finish my paperwork because a Bears football player came in and the entire dealership was catering to him and his family. The staff barely negotiated price and I ended up paying way too much for a crappy car! During all the recalls the service manager, Torious, was extremely rude and downright hateful when I asked if there was a shuttle to take me to work, which he told me no. I then demanded my keys back and he told me to never return and to take it to another dealership, which I did and they were so much better!!! PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE ANY MONEY!! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN! More
Went there to test drive and was hopeful I could buy that day as I had a pre-negotiated rate I was fairly happy with. When I arrived no one greeted me. I looked around the show room for almost 20 minutes a day as I had a pre-negotiated rate I was fairly happy with. When I arrived no one greeted me. I looked around the show room for almost 20 minutes and no one even as much as made eye contact with me... I guess I wasn't the right type of client for them.. you know the type that has money and would have paid in cash and was actually serious about buying a new vehicle. I see no reason to spend my money with them when so many other dealers are much friendlier and helpful and understand guest service. More
What a joke!! If the Ceo's back in Japan only new what kind of people were selling their cars in Northbrook they would pull this dealer. Not willing to work with us to buy a new car. Brought my Toyota Highlander in for a quick Oil Change because I'm from out of the market. I will say I was very impressed with how quick and on top of it this dealership is...they had me in and out! Never had a problem with bringing my Prius in and I bought my car there too. Timely service and very competitive prices compared to nearby Toyota dealers. Randy and Alex were very knowledgable and helpful. I appreciate the wonderful experience. I am on a limited budget and Randy understood that. Very unprofessional and deceiving. They post false advertising on various web sites so you come in and than they try to make you buy and close a deal with high pressure tactics. Buying experience was a real shell game. Lots of back & forth to talk to the manager. High pressure to close the deal without taking time to think about it.
