Service was performed on my 1994 4-Runner that was not needed but was advised it was thus had the service performed. Service Manager told me he would reimburse me for the service and to this day I have no needed but was advised it was thus had the service performed. Service Manager told me he would reimburse me for the service and to this day I have not seen any reimbursement nor any communication from him! Was treated by service manager in quite a negative way. The customer serivce I received was the worst I have had. I will be reporting this incident to the BBB, news and media sources. More
Brought my car in to Northbrook Toyota to get a problem with my door window serviced. I was told that the part wasn't covered under warranty so I had to pay for it and for the labor. I got the car home and with my door window serviced. I was told that the part wasn't covered under warranty so I had to pay for it and for the labor. I got the car home and the problem still existed and so I brought it back in. I was told, i a rude manner, that I would have to pay for the labor to find out what was still wrong and to pay for a new part. I have a platinum agreement. The serice guy told me that It would be another $132 for another part and then $180 for labor for the second part but that they would waive the labor fee. I got very suspicious about all this so I called Toyota Care only to be told that I should not be charged AT ALL for the work because the subsequent damage was due to a failure caused by the original incorrect repair!! I am waiting tio hear back from Northbrook Toyota on this. all I can say is BEWARE about the service charges here!! Thank goodness that Toyota Care was honest!!! More
We needed a used small car for one of our parents and after looking through various models on CarGurus came up with a Scion at Northbrook Toyota. Ziad was "up" and we looked over the car. The paperwork process seems to take forever these days. Overall a good experience at a Toyota dealer, our first one in a very long time. Would I purchase another car from them in the future? Yes, I would give them another shot at earning my business. More

By the end of full day at Northbrook Toyota, after being approved by TMCC for 0% financing I have been told that they can't let chosen and negotiated car go for even raised price. After spending whole day at dealer went home without a car. Next day purchased car at different dealer in a 2.5 hours without any hassles. More
The bait and switch at its finest. I confirmed the price before driving out there. Once we arrived had to deal with another sales person. Now the price has gone up 4 thousand dollars. DO NOT GO HERE!! This dealership is rude and unprofessional. They only thing Nate cared about was closing the deal and put a ton of pressure on me to buy. I had an 8 year old car to trade in and the business office laughed at me in front a busy showroom of other customers, made fun of my old car in front of me, and offered me $100 for the car. JERKS!!! I was also made to wait 4 hours to finish my paperwork because a Bears football player came in and the entire dealership was catering to him and his family. The staff barely negotiated price and I ended up paying way too much for a crappy car! During all the recalls the service manager, Torious, was extremely rude and downright hateful when I asked if there was a shuttle to take me to work, which he told me no. I then demanded my keys back and he told me to never return and to take it to another dealership, which I did and they were so much better!!! PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE ANY MONEY!! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN! More
Went there to test drive and was hopeful I could buy that day as I had a pre-negotiated rate I was fairly happy with. When I arrived no one greeted me. I guess I wasn't the right type of client for them.. you know the type that has money and would have paid in cash and was actually serious about buying a new vehicle. I see no reason to spend my money with them when so many other dealers are much friendlier and helpful and understand guest service. More

Brought my Toyota Highlander in for a quick Oil Change because I'm from out of the market. I will say I was very impressed with how quick and on top of it this dealership is...they had me in and out!
