Julianna was amazing! She made buying our first car a very enjoyable experience. She made me and my fiance feel very comfortable throughout the process and we were able to get exactly what we wanted with very enjoyable experience. I have been using Northbrook Toyota for service since I moved up from Florida 4 years ago. None of my visits have been spectacular, but this one was spectacularly awful. My appointment was for 11am, budget moved up from Florida 4 years ago. None of my visits have been spectacular, but this one was spectacularly awful. My appointment was for 11am, budgeting my time appropriately for my birthday lunch with my family at 1:30. Throughout the appointment, Alex continued to wear his mask incorrectly. He said about 2 hours, and since the waiting room was much less crowded than usual, I figured that was a pretty accurate timeline. Every time that I have chosen to wait for my service, it has been finished sooner than expected, so I figured I was still in good shape Well, two hours passed and Alex had only been to see me once for an update, turning my regular service and recall update into a $500 job. I began to worry, so I went to the service desks to try to speak to someone to get a ride and I would come back to get my car. No one responded to the text or phone call at the number that was texted to me for updates. No one was available to speak to for a bit. When someone was finally around, he also was not wearing his mask correctly, nor remaining 6ft or behind the plexiglass. Both Alex and "the driver" were unable to be found and my car was still not ready. I appreciate that more service takes more time, but the lack of adherence to safety standards and lack of communication was exceptionally disappointing. Especially considering the signs and certificates posted everywhere about mask wearing and cleanliness. I will be finding another Toyota service center for my future service. I didn't have high expectations for spending my birthday at a car appointment, but I never would have expected to be this appalled. More
