But Northbrook Toyota's arbitration clause also covers any issues arising from the service department in the future. This is outrageous. Don't sign such an agreement. Or just buy your car elsewhere. Fantastic Old Fashion Car Buying Customer Service I just recently purchased a new 2016 Toyota Avalon Limited. I not only received a great price as the car was a new 2016 model being sold in 2017 but I just recently purchased a new 2016 Toyota Avalon Limited. I not only received a great price as the car was a new 2016 model being sold in 2017 but everyone from the salesperson (Tony) who sold me the car and provided me with unbelievable customer service (I purchased the car on a Friday night and he personally picked my up from my house on Saturday morning and drove me to the dealership to pick-up the car), to Damien who handled the financing, to Eddie in Service who set me up with my first regularly scheduled maintenance down the road, to Dennis, the general manager, who as busy as he is personally spoke to me for about 15 minutes patiently answering my questions before I had even bought the car. These are examples of good old fashioned service which I much appreciated it. More
