Great sales staff, terrible finance officers This was one of the only dealerships where the sales person I was in contact with did not evade my questions or continuously pressure me to visit the This was one of the only dealerships where the sales person I was in contact with did not evade my questions or continuously pressure me to visit the lot before I was ready to make a purchase. Anthony was exceedingly helpful, well informed, and attentive to my needs. Everything went well with the sales process, however when it came to drafting the paperwork we were made to wait over 3 hours after everything has been negotiated and credit checks processed. Then the finance officer got involved. First he attempted to set the financing at a higher interest rate than we had originally agreed upon and vacillated over whether or not we could receive the rate we had previously been told we would receive. Then, he attempted to employ high pressure tactics to get us to purchase extended service and cleaning contracts while fluctuating wildly on the pricing. And lastly, he attempted to shame me and accuse me of failing to support my family by turning down the services he offered (which I had previously researched and found not to be prudent be purchases). Despite all of this, I will say that everything was drafted up accurately, he wasn't impatient with me for reading through everything before signing and didn't try to force me to sign the mandatory arbitration clause (which is a provision that every consumer should learn more about). So, if you know what you want and can stick to your guns when dealing with financing... It's a very good dealership. More
