As an example, he went through the various trim packages, highlighted the cost differentials and asked where we saw value (e.g., air conditioned front seats) and where we did not, so that we did not overpay for features that were not valuable to us. When he was asked questions that he didn't know, he would immediately contact his service team or look it up on-line (e.g., can we put chains on the AWD highlander? answer: yes). When it came time to make the purchase, he worked with us as we quoted both the new car and our trade at multiple locations and on line to get us a fair deal - no haggling, no one from management pulled in on the sale, no pressure. Damien went out of his way to make signing the finance and title paperwork convenient for my wife who was shuttling our children to different events.
