Upon our arrival at Northbrook Toyota, Robert had the car ready for us to test drive. We liked the car and went inside to deal. Both Robert and his manager were pleasant to deal with and helpful at every step of the way. We HIGHLY recommend this salesman and dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car. As an example, he went through the various trim packages, highlighted the cost differentials and asked where we saw value (e.g., air conditioned front seats) and where we did not, so that we did not overpay for features that were not valuable to us. When he was asked questions that he didn't know, he would immediately contact his service team or look it up on-line (e.g., can we put chains on the AWD highlander? answer: yes). When it came time to make the purchase, he worked with us as we quoted both the new car and our trade at multiple locations and on line to get us a fair deal - no haggling, no one from management pulled in on the sale, no pressure. Damien went out of his way to make signing the finance and title paperwork convenient for my wife who was shuttling our children to different events. Before leaving the lot with our new Highlander, Dennis reviewed the safety features and electronics, so that we would have a great Toyota experience starting on mile 1. Thanks Dennis More

I'd worked with Reggie in their service department for years, and he referred me to salesperson Anthony Jimenez for help deciding on my new car. Anthony was so patient and helpful, and very low pressure. He made the whole purchase process as easy and efficient as possible. And we got a great deal on a 2018 Toyota Sienna. Good car (but dirty). Fair Price. Underwhelming Service. I went in to buy a used car that I found online. We were greeted at the door and they said that they would bring the car around for us to drive. It to I went in to buy a used car that I found online. We were greeted at the door and they said that they would bring the car around for us to drive. It took quite a long time to bring the car over because it was apparently blocked in by another, ok, that's fine. Then they just handed us the keys and did not accompany us on the test drive. When we got into the car it was very dirty on the inside. It seemed to not have been so much as wiped down. The car was otherwise in good condition and drove well. When we came back we sat in the car for a couple minutes and were looking at all of the features, THEN the salesman came out and asked us if we had any questions and told us that the car was in high demand. We left to go check out other cars I had looked up but I knew that was the car I wanted. We called back later that day and asked if they could hold it and they said that they could not. So I said I would be back in on the following Monday. When I came back I was greeted by name by the same salesman who said he had spoken to my dad about me coming back today (dad had called). It again took a very long time to get the car queued up. I test drove the car again with my cousin and this time the salesman came with on the test drive. We mentioned that we heard a ticking noise in the fan when the air conditioning was on. The salesman said he didn't hear it. We continued to drive and still heard it and he said he still didn't. He said he wasn't going to argue with us but assured us that nothing was wrong with it and that it has been inspected and they found no issues. We insisted because my car (same model, older year, more miles) did not make that noise. The salesman said that he would check on it for us and take us to a brand new model and have us listen to that. Of course, that made no noise and we again tried to point out the fan noise. THIS TIME the salesman said he heard it. He said that he would have the mechanics take a look at it. This took a VERY long time. The salesman eventually came back and said that the mechanics had to take the whole fan apart and were able to find a clip that had broken off and was causing the noise. The salesman brought us the clip and said that the mechanics were putting the car back together and that there would be no more problems. After another long wait, we were shown the car again and there was no more noise so we went in to negotiate. My cousin helped me negotiate (this was my first car purchase). This also took a VERY long time and we were left waiting several times. Had I had any other options in cars at other places I would have left but this was the only make and model in over 100 miles of where I lived. Eventually, we ended on a price and the papers were drawn up. I am very glad that my cousin was there to help me understand everything because I had never done any of this before and the salesman did not explain what I was signing, my cousin explained everything before I signed anything. Then we went to the financing office and he was very friendly personable, nice and helpful. He took the time to talk me through everything I was signing before I signed it and answered any questions I had. After they changed my plates and washed the car I was able to drive it home. The next day I got a call from the financing office saying that the dates on all of my paperwork were incorrect and that I needed to come back in so I could sign it all again. He apologized many times and offered to put gas into the car for the trip. When I arrived the original salesman met me and when I told him why I was back he apologized and took me right to the financing office. The man I dealt with the first time (who was also the one who called me) was not in his office and could not be reached on the phone. So I was asked to wait again while they tried to find the papers that I was supposed to sign. The salesman eventually came back and had the papers and quickly walked me through resigning them. I brought my original papers so I could make sure that they were all the same. When I was finished signing they told me they had to change my plates and then said that they didn't need to and I was good to go. By this time the original finance guy was back and I walked over to his open office and said "hi". He said "hi" and I asked him about the payment that I had made for the car and he confirmed that we were all good to go. It doesn't even end there. About an hour after I left, I got another call from someone at Northbrook Toyota saying that she needed me to confirm my plate number because there was still confusion on their end. I parked and confirmed my plate number. The woman said that I was once again all good to go. Long story short: I love my car and it was mechanically sound and in great condition (albeit in need of a good detailing). We were left waiting A LOT and there was a lot of confusion on their end. I might mention that it was not obviously busy any time we were there. More

Leased on the spot! I've been getting my vehicles serviced here for years and I always have a great experience. However, the showroom is a tad smaller than I was used to I've been getting my vehicles serviced here for years and I always have a great experience. However, the showroom is a tad smaller than I was used to and the entrance can get a little tight, so I hadn't previously considered purchasing from this location. Yesterday, my fiance and I decided to stop in to discuss new vehicles. We stopped in at 4:30pm on a Saturday afternoon. As you can imagine, the place was hoppin and the staff was very busy! In spite of this, Larry was happy to work with us to show us the new Rav4's! I was shocked to learn how many vehicles they actually had to show us - the smaller size of the showroom is deceiving, they have tons of vehicles throughout the property. We had such a great experience that we decided to lease on the spot and the team was fantastic about staying late to help us go through all of the paperwork and explain all of the features of our new car! My man negotiated HARD (like to a specific dollar) and Larry was smiling and willing to work with us for however long it took to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. Cannot recommend this place enough! More
