Some great people some not so great Larry and Damian were fantastic. I was not taken seriously when I walked in and not until after filling out paper work. Heard lots of yelling and curs Larry and Damian were fantastic. I was not taken seriously when I walked in and not until after filling out paper work. Heard lots of yelling and cursing directed at the salesmen by higher management. Not a good feeling from them at all. 3 stars because I would buy a car from Larry any day. Even helped me load my bike into my new car! More

Alex and Manny were exceptionally helpful in answering my questions and gently kept contact with me (as did Ryan) over about two weeks while I was waffling about buying a new Sienna. They were very flexible and reasonable when I was ready to negotiate and we were able to make it happen. Good job Northbrook Toyota! More

Amazing experience with a great dealership My brother and I were car shopping and he had scheduled a test drive here. I had test drives scheduled later in the day at another dealership, not knowing he was going to a Toyota dealership and I was looking at buying a Highlander. So while he was testing driving his car, I mentioned to his salesman, Alex Kazhdan, that I had a test drive scheduled, but that if he could meet or beat the price of the car I was looking at I would purchase from him. Alex was an amazing salesman, after he verified the price from the other dealership, he gave me the same price but for a slightly better model. I was thrilled, and Alex didn't put any pressure on up-selling additional features or packages I wasn't interested in. I highly recommend going to Alex if you're in the market for a new car! In addition, Damien Galvin, was a delight to work with on my financing. He was extremely knowledgeable of all the discounts Toyota was offering, and I was even able to receive additional service package that actually brought my interest rate lower! I can not say enough great things about the staff at Northbrook Toyota, everyone we encountered was extremely friendly, and you are made to feel like family. Do your self a favor and buy your next vehicle from Alex and have Damien do your financing, you won't regret it! More

Like any smart consumer these days, I did all the leg work/research on the vehicle before even contacting the dealership, and also had a loan set up t Like any smart consumer these days, I did all the leg work/research on the vehicle before even contacting the dealership, and also had a loan set up to be finalized through my bank before going in to personally see the vehicle. I expressed this to the agent I delt with, Alex, yet he still seemed to think it was necessary to hit my credit AND my co-buyer's credit with a whopping 6 hard inquiries! They ran it through 4 different banks, and 2 from Northbrook Toyota. At no point during my visit did I permit him or the dealership to do so, as I made it clear from the start that I had my own financing set up. It was like once I asked "what next?" after the test drive, the whole thing became a RUSH sell. They already knew I was interested, that I practically wanted it, and while I and my co-buyer stepped out to make a phone call to try to set up the auto insurance, every few minutes Alex was over our shoulders practically asking if we were done yet. After about 10 mins, he rushed us inside to fill out paperwork because supposidly "another buyer" had arrived to look at the car who "had an appointment." I dont believer this was true as it was never mentioned he had any appointments for the vehicle upon our arrival, but it seemed more of a selling tactic to rush the sale. The paperwork was rush rush, I was provided no copies of anything I signed with Alex (even though I asked for copies) accept for the report of my credit score I never gave permission for them to obtain. At the point I was asked to sign it, I was confused as to why my credit was run, and was immediately frustrated with the whole situation, but focused on completing the sale so we could leave. I was and still am very pleased with the vehicle, but the pressure I felt we were under was very unnecessary. 2 days later when we returned with the check for the vehicle, I asked the finance manager, Anthony, about the credit inquiries and his whole "idk" demeanor while failing to make eye contact didn't leave me convinced. (Not to say I was surprised because his useless chit - chat and willingness to cut corners to wrap up the bill of sale paperwork 2 days prior didn't go unnoticed.) Buyers BEWARE because additional reviews about the same thing happening to other consumers can be found plain to see on Google. Not a very reputable business if this is their standard practice. The fake salesman smiles and handshakes DONT make up for the drop in my credit score and overall dissatisfaction with the experience. More

I should not be forced to pay for something I don't need or ordered, I like the car so I still ended up purchasing it with a little negotiation ($599.99 for GPS). Please don't force your customer to pay for an accessory they might not want. More
