Recently purchased a used Acura Integra here, and had perhaps my best experience buying a car! Mark Rahn was my salesman, we talked more about life than the car. No pressure, no xx finance. Worked most o perhaps my best experience buying a car! Mark Rahn was my salesman, we talked more about life than the car. No pressure, no xx finance. Worked most of the deal by phone prior to going there, so I ended up in and out of the dealership in less than a couple of hours. Awesome experience, would go back there any day. More
It’s been a true pleasure to buy my Camry XLE from Toyota on Edens. Both Mark and Terry went the distance to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the process and that everything about the car was in tip t on Edens. Both Mark and Terry went the distance to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the process and that everything about the car was in tip top shape. Mark has a solid understanding of the car’s features and he was very kind and patient in teaching me how everything works. Likewise, Terry was extremely helpful in teaching me how to make the most of my car’s electronics from keyless entry to bluetooth audio. Thanks guys! More
I was happily taken away by the professionalism and kindness staff here had to offer. Dan and John were the people I interacted with the most, and both of them were honest and caring towards me buying kindness staff here had to offer. Dan and John were the people I interacted with the most, and both of them were honest and caring towards me buying my first car, and what options I had to offer them as far as financing. Initially, sitting down with Dan, I told him about my interest in a comparable car at another dealership. As it turned out, I had missed a bad detail in the other car's CarFax. Dan saved me a trip across the state just by double checking the CarFax with me. As discussion of interest rates progressed between us, it became clearer to Dan how serious I was about my finances and he asked his manager (Carl) about lower rates. Carl is a beast, he was busy phoning banks every time I caught glimpse of him and even during a time of inflation managed to get my interest lowered to be more affordable. Once transferred to financing with John Lee (who is incredibly smart and genuine by the way, watch out if you're also a talkative person) it was a relaxing road to setting up my payments. I felt safe figuring things out with him; helpful since I'm new to the game. John was perfectly clear about warranties, fine print, and legality. A firm handshake closed the deal. Highly recommend, especially these two individuals. My relative who accompanied me and is of high financial IQ was equally assured I got a good deal. Thank you for helping me buy my first car! More

This dealership was sold to a new owner several years ago. I bought several cars from the old owner. I have been having my Toyota vehicles serviced here for over 25 years. Reggie Price has been my service advisor most of that time. He is always responsive and helpful. Even in 2021, she did something that I would have never expected. Without informing me, she included a $299 "Theft Prevent" charge in the total amount due on the paperwork. She did catch me off guard and I regret it. Being digital nowadays, she managed not to print out the paperwork for me to examine and invited me to the finance manager's office for signing. It was supposed to be the simplest possible transaction where I would buy a used vehicle and pay the standard document preparation fee, tax, title and registration. No financing or extended warranty or any other nuisance. The finance manager pulled up the document on their cellphone and presented it to me to sign with my finger. Again, nobody mentioned anything about the $299 add-on "Theft Prevent" charge. After signing, the finance manager informed me of the total due which I paid. Then, the paperwork was printed out, inserted in an envelope and handed to me. Unsuspecting that I have been taken advantage, I left the dealership on good terms. The next day, I started examining the paperwork and saw the $299. I called Julianna to ask why I was being charged $299 and told her that I did not recall discussing that $299 dealer add-on service nor was it listed in any of their advertisings online unlike their document, tax, title and registration fees. She said that it was mandatory dealer policy and I could not remove it. I asked to return the vehicle and she said that it was not possible. We did not come to an agreement and I saw no point in continuing to argue with her or anybody else from the dealership since she said that it was a dealer policy to have Theft Prevent on all their vehicles. The second disappointment came when I called 3 days after purchasing the vehicle. Exterior side mirrors were inoperable. While purchasing the vehicle, Julianna said not to worry about defects because it is subject to the IL Statutory Used Car Warranty of 15 days or 500 miles of which none had been reached yet when I called with my issue. After informing her of the issue, she said that my exterior mirrors were "not critical to vehicle performance and safety". What? Try driving without mirrors and see how safe it is. Again, another deception that I do not understand the logic behind. More
