Sad sad customer service!!! No experience handling a situation that was their mistake . I learned the hard way not to visit this dealership ever again! Scott likes to say ok ok ok a lot and doesn’t know how to serve a customer. Super upset . Sales girl Juliana promises everything, but her words mean nothing. General manager Michael is good at giving you a bottle of water and when issues arises, he walks away upset. Not like managers should be. IBTW this is the only website with good reviews. Yelp gives them 2,5 stars, Facebook is full of 1 star and horrible reviews as well as google. So this is kinda strange. I guess thanks for nothing. I had to spend almost 1000 $ and to fly in to get my keys for the car that they couldn’t find since November!!!! Never got back to me or even when I came in they didn’t even apologize properly or explained what happened! More
