Wrong! 2. The bathroom stalls don’t all close. One stall had no toilet paper. It felt dirty... and a sign that said not to flush hair extensions and cat litter— what is that about?! 3. Appointment times. They are terrible. If I come in at 2:15 and you can’t even begin to touch my car until 3:15, my appt time should be 3:15. You put your workers productivity over your customer’s satisfaction. Am I happy? No. More
