Nonetheless I have found service dept to be prompt and accurate with helpful service advisors. Afterall it is the quality of the service that is important not the 'frills"! More

I always have great service from the workers, however,here is what is wrong... 1. The waiting room is like the waiting room from xxxx— bad lighting, a constant thrum from the vending machines, i however,here is what is wrong... 1. The waiting room is like the waiting room from xxxx— bad lighting, a constant thrum from the vending machines, inadequate electrical outlets... basically like the dmv, and everyone likes the dmv, right? Wrong! 2. The bathroom stalls don’t all close. One stall had no toilet paper. It felt dirty... and a sign that said not to flush hair extensions and cat litter— what is that about?! 3. Appointment times. They are terrible. If I come in at 2:15 and you can’t even begin to touch my car until 3:15, my appt time should be 3:15. You put your workers productivity over your customer’s satisfaction. Am I happy? No. More
