Quick In and Out I needed to take my Toyota Corolla in for its 5000 mile checkup and decided to try an afternoon appointment instead of morning (which I usually do). I I needed to take my Toyota Corolla in for its 5000 mile checkup and decided to try an afternoon appointment instead of morning (which I usually do). I scheduled for the same day, drove it up, checked it in and was out within a half-hour of checking in. Granted there was nothing special needed, but the checkin process was easy and the service advisor (Nick Iacullo) was very professional and speedy in getting the car squared away. He also advised about the next visit that would be needed. Good job all around. More

Excellent service at Northbrook Toyota Have had 2 recent service experiences with Northbrook Toyota. In both instances, service was friendly and efficient. As a female, bringing my cars in for service is not my favorite thing. But, Eddie has always taken great care of me by remembering me and treating me like a regular person. The last time I was in, I was disappointed to learn that Eddie was no longer at this dealer. My experience that last time was terrible. It was busy, but I was treated rudely. So I was not looking forward to going back, but my car needed an oil change and while I did not enjoy my experience at all, I rely on the trusted service at Northbrook Toyota. Today, I met Alex and he completely changed my opinion of the customer service in the service department. He was welcoming, warm, thorough in his explanation and treated me with respect. You need more people like Alex in the Service department - people who treat others like...people. It makes quite the difference. More
