Dawit Solomon and Harry Jaisingh have world class customer service. I spoke to Harry before I came in and was advised to come and work with Dawit. Dawit showed me all my options and helped me select my dream car. This guy knows his product knowledge!! He can sell salt to a snail!! I went to Harry's office and he handled my paperwork and treated me like I was on a first class plane ride. 10/10 experience. Harry you are the man! I am going to send my whole neighborhood and friends and family to these two. Lustine Toyota will forever have my business, I can not wait to come in for my first service and talk to them about my experience in the world with my new ride. Service I went to lustine toyota for a service and asked for car wash. I got there around 0930 and waited until 1130 to get a shuttle tide home. I picked my car up at 1515 and it was just as dirty as it was when I dropped it off. Why will a car be at the shop for over 6 hours for just oil change. Very disappointed service. Will NOT recommend this place. More

Customer service is not a priority in fact it seems to be almost mandatory for their employees to treat you like they are doing you a favor by giving you the opportunity to buy a car from them. Employees are not properly trained and management / ownership is obviously abysmal because it is a direct reflection on them for the staff to be this inept. The Better Business Bureau gives them an "F" grade which is obviously the worst. More

This is one of those dealership who just want to make sales and dont care about costumer satisfaction. I know somehow they need to make money too its given but LIE to a costumer just to bring them in. WOW! you guys are horrible. One thing i learned from this collective people is to stay away from their dealership as much as possible. If you can't keep your own word then its better not to say something cause boy you're dragging down your dealership. Best of luck to you! More

Second the appointment took over 2.5 hours longer than estimated. Lastly, Victor made a mistake on the price of the oil change and instead of honoring his mistake and charging me that price he became belligerent and extremely rude trying to justify why I should pay for HIS MISTAKE. I just wanted to get the heck out of there because it was snowing and I already waited 3.5 hours so I paid the extra $30 and left. I seriously will never return to this dealership. More
ZERO stars for this dealership! I'd put negative if I could Liars that wear suits. I was fortunate enough NOT to have any business transactions with this dealership. We were given an OTD price of 14k for a Scio Liars that wear suits. I was fortunate enough NOT to have any business transactions with this dealership. We were given an OTD price of 14k for a Scion iA by their salesmen but when we agreed to it and about to sign the papers, their sales manager disagreed and changed the price to 2k more! Also, the atmosphere inside and out of the dealership is just horrible, customer service is horrible, and they will blatantly lie in front of your face. Who wants that? The next day, we came to talk to their 'general manager,' guess what? He defended what his salesmen saying, "the car that you wanted is so limited that we have to be aggressive with the pricing." Please read all the reviews on Yelp, BBB and here so you'll know what I'm talking about. More

He's patient, caring and wants to be the best help he can be. He happily answered every single one of my questions about the new Toyota. I will most certainly buy my next new car and will be referring all of my family and friends. the only thing I could complain is when came time to do financing paperwork, that was where things got really slow! BEWARE!!! Going along with the trend of the other reviews....BEWARE of Finance department. They were not up front with fees, they hid charges. After hours of going over things it got resolved. The second finance person though said oh we can just take it off no problem. I'm sorry but it is a huge problem when your told one thing and then they document another. Question every fee and question how they get every number. You're giving them your money, don't let them push you around. Other staff were nice, just finance really needs to get some honest people in there. More
