Dirty Sales Practices 101 This dealership is why people think of car salespeople as dirty and unethical. They advertise a price online, along with the now typical "email for an e-price" offer. It took several email exchanges to get that number, which was about $300 less. However, once you show up at the dealership, they will then try to add SIGNIFICANT costs to the used car (claiming that they are standard fees) as follows: 1) "Trim" package for $475.00 - this is total crap, and was immediately waived twice during separate negotiations. 2) "PDI" fee of $1,495.00. They claim this is to refurbish the car for resale - new battery, blah blah blah. Again, total crap. They were again willing to "negotiate" down almost $800.00 off of this - but the bottom line is that it STILL ADDED ALMOST $700.00 to the agreed upon sales price prior to the other "usual" fees. 3) Processing Fee of $699.00 - although almost all dealers charge this now. 4) Tax, Title, and Tags - the only really legitimate add-ons. Also - BUYER BEWARE AND BE WARNED - they will try all of the classic maneuvers to distract you. Switching cars to make the price work. Scribbling over the "deal" worksheet with numbers all over the place. Going back and talking to the managers, etc... They even chased me out into the parking lot trying to get me back into the building to negotiate further. Worst ever. Have also now been told by others that this dealer has issues with the BBB. More

Dawit Solomon and Harry Jaisingh have world class customer service. I spoke to Harry before I came in and was advised to come and work with Dawit. Dawit showed me all my options and helped me select my dream car. This guy knows his product knowledge!! He can sell salt to a snail!! I went to Harry's office and he handled my paperwork and treated me like I was on a first class plane ride. 10/10 experience. Harry you are the man! I am going to send my whole neighborhood and friends and family to these two. Lustine Toyota will forever have my business, I can not wait to come in for my first service and talk to them about my experience in the world with my new ride. This car is going to change my life, and I owe that to them. #ToyotaWillTakeYouPlace More

Service I went to lustine toyota for a service and asked for car wash. I got there around 0930 and waited until 1130 to get a shuttle tide home. I picked my car up at 1515 and it was just as dirty as it was when I dropped it off. Why will a car be at the shop for over 6 hours for just oil change. Very disappointed service. Will NOT recommend this place. More

Customer service is not a priority in fact it seems to be almost mandatory for their employees to treat you like they are doing you a favor by giving you the opportunity to buy a car from them. Employees are not properly trained and management / ownership is obviously abysmal because it is a direct reflection on them for the staff to be this inept. The Better Business Bureau gives them an "F" grade which is obviously the worst. More

This is one of those dealership who just want to make sales and dont care about costumer satisfaction. I know somehow they need to make money too its given but LIE to a costumer just to bring them in. WOW! you guys are horrible. One thing i learned from this collective people is to stay away from their dealership as much as possible. If you can't keep your own word then its better not to say something cause boy you're dragging down your dealership. Best of luck to you! More

Second the appointment took over 2.5 hours longer than estimated. Lastly, Victor made a mistake on the price of the oil change and instead of honoring his mistake and charging me that price he became belligerent and extremely rude trying to justify why I should pay for HIS MISTAKE. I just wanted to get the heck out of there because it was snowing and I already waited 3.5 hours so I paid the extra $30 and left. I seriously will never return to this dealership. More
