Worst customer service. They are extremely rude I was looking for a vehicle and I was trying to reach the same salesman who helped me at Lustine Toyota who helped me before but since I forgot his na I was looking for a vehicle and I was trying to reach the same salesman who helped me at Lustine Toyota who helped me before but since I forgot his name, I called in and was transferred to another guy Brandon Bently and he told me the other guy doesn't work there anymore. (which was a lie because when I went in there, the other guy was there). I went in this morning and Brandon found another worker named Jonathan to work with me, but due to the low trade in value I didn't make the purchase ( They offered me $2000 but Carmax gave me $4500 later). Even with the low trade in, I wanted to make the purchase so I called them again and Brandon spoke to me very rudely saying the only way for me to get a deal is if I come in because they are all very busy. I told him to transfer me to someone else but he didn't and when I told him he can't hold me like that he transferred me to Jonathan. After several calls and back and forth Jonathan offered me $24000 and when I went in the dealership , Brandon showed up and said he will do $24380. When I asked him to send Jonathan he became extremely rude, when I asked for his Manager, he said he is the boss, even though he was not. he threw his business card on my face in front of my 13 year old son, who is very disturb after this incident. Then Jonathan showed up and requested me to wait even though I wanted to leave but made me wait for an hour and didn't showed up. Because of waiting I missed the other dealership that was offering me $24000. Then when I saw Jonathan and asked him what's going on he said they can't do the deal. I finally found out Amin was their boss and he was worst than Brandon, I told him I was not very happy with the customer service and he said he is happy to hear that. When I told him that I was promised 24000 on phone, he said his sales man who how to work( he was calling me a liar) I asked him to listen to the call, he denied to do that. First Brandon then Amin denied that they have any bosses and Amin said his bosses name is Amin. That was the worst customer service experience I had. Because of all this that I failed to make any purchase because the other dealership was closed by then. The worst part of this experience was that it was all happening in front of my son. I took him to the dealership so he can return home with a nice car but he returned with bad memories. More

Even after I escalated my disdain and frustration with the administrative tasks of my 2018 Camry purchase, my concerns were disregarded and tossed aside, never fully dealt with. I am a proud Navy veteran, have several years of underwriting experience with BofA, and I have yet to endure such unprofessional work ethics in my career. And although I escalated and utilized every option in the chain of command, Lustine Toyota’s failure to even try and accommodate my needs and address my concerns is extremely disheartening. Christina, Schuyler, and Sam failed me in every way possible. I am currently escalating this terrible customer service matter through the BBB as Lustine is Indendently owned. But, being independently owned doesn’t mean they’re above reproach. More importantly, as a veteran and loyal Toyota customer for nearly 15 years, I no longer wish to do business with a Toyota-affiliated dealership that engages in unsavory customer service practices. Perhaps it’s time I give Honda a try. More
Salesman tried to take raise the price My wife went to Lustine Toyota with the intent to purchase a 2018 RAV4. She had researched online and knew the vehicle she wanted. The salesman tried to pressure her into another vehicle and wanted to charge more for the vehicle than what was listed online(confirmed by VIN). When confronted they tried to apologize and say it was just a mistake. When they appraised her trade in (2018 Chevy Equinox) which CARMAX had just offered more than $18,000 for they only offered $11,500 and when shown the offer they said "we will see what we can do". The whole experience was shady and and just made my wife feel like they were trying to take advantage of her. In the end my wife ask for the keys to her car back and left. Ended up going to Sheehy Toyota of Stafford and buying the 2018 RAV4 at a great price and friendly professional service. More
